Ab 1. Dezember wird mein Zimmer in unserer WG frei.
Das möblierte Zimmer ist mit einem Schreibtisch, einer Schreibtischlampe, einer Stehlampe, ein Sofa und einem Drehstuhl ausgestattet. ich lasse die Möbeln da. Deswegen die 100€ Ablöse.
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral im 5. Bezirk, Ca 5 Gehminuten von der U4 Station Margaretengürtel und 6 Gehminuten zur U4 Station Pilgramgasse .
Da wir alle verschiedene Arbeits- oder Stidiumszeiten haben, können wir nicht viel gemeinsam unternehemen. Aber das Zusammenleben ist harmonisch und ohne Stress.
Du würdest mit Yulia aus Lettland, Florian aus Österreich und Long aus Deutschland wohnen. Komm lieber vorbei und lerne sie persönlich kennen ;)
Die Küche ist mit allem was man zum Kochen braucht ausgestattet inkl. Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle.
Im großem Bad ist eine Waschmaschine und es gibt auch zwei Toiletten.
Die Kaution und Ablöse betragen 860 Euro und die Miete beträgt 350 Euro + 5€(internet)

From the 1st of Dezember my room will be free in our shared apartment. Apartment-106m², room size - 12m².
District: 1050 - Margareten
Rent: 355€ including electricity, internet, hot water.
Deposit: 760€
Furniture: 100€
The furniture includes an open wardrobe, desk, table lamp, floor lamp, loft bed, sofa, and swivel chair. I will leave the furniture here.
The room is bright and cozy. It's not very big but has enough space for doing yoga.
The apartment is fully equipped: a bathroom with washing machine, two toilets. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for cooking including dishwasher and microwave.
The apartment is located in the 5th district, approximately 5 minutes walk from the U4 station Margaretengürtel and 6 minutes walk to the U4 station Pilgramgasse.
The 12A leaves in front of the house and in a few minutes you can also reach the 13A and the 14A buses. Opposite the house is a Billa and 2 minutes further a Spar and Hofer.
Since we all have different working times, we can not do much together. But living together is harmonious and stressless.
You would live with Yulia from Lettland, Florian from Austria and Long from Germany. Come over and know them personally ;)
