Servus! Since our flatmate Ofir is moving out at the end of February, we (Lowell and Cathal) are looking for someone to replace him.
The apartment is on the fourth floor of a very pretty late Jugendstil building. It has beautiful wooden floors and big windows facing southeast and northwest, so there is plenty of sunlight for most of the day. The common rooms are made up of a large hallway, a freshly renovated bathroom and separate toilet, a kitchen with lots of counter space, a little storage room, a big and sun-flooded living room, and a little balcony.
The room (ca. 20 m2 in area) faces the courtyard and is accessed through the kitchen. It is spacious, with a high ceiling, and also includes a large wardrobe and (optionally) some furniture from the last occupant.
We request that you pay a transfer fee of €250 for the use of the household appliances and furniture.

Servus! Da unser Mitbewohner Ofir Ende Februar auszieht, suchen wir (Lowell und Cathal) jemanden, die/der in ihr Zimmer einziehen möchte.
Die Wohnung ist im vierten Stock eines Spätjugendstilhauses, hat schönes altes Fischgrätparkett und riesige Fenster in Richtung Südost und Nordwest, durch die sie die meiste Zeit sonnendurchflutet ist. Was die gemeinsamen Zimmer betrifft, gibt es ein recht geräumiges Vorzimmer, ein Bad mit großer Badewanne und einem separaten WC, beide frisch renoviert, eine Küche mit reichlich Arbeitsfläche, einen kleinen Abstellraum, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer, und einen kleinen Balkon.
Das Zimmer (ca. 20 m2 groß) liegt zum Innenhof und ist durch die Küche zugänglich. Es ist geräumig, mit einer hohen Decke, und schließt auch eine Garderobe und (wahlweise) einige Möbel vom letzten Bewohner ein.
Für die Haushaltsgeräte und Möbel würde als Ablöse €250 anfallen.

Cathal (29) is Irish/British and works for IKEA. He enjoys badminton, running and chess.
Lowell (24) is from Maine, USA and is working in Vienna as an English TA. In his free time, he plays French horn in the Uni Wien orchestra and likes to be out in nature.
We are a pretty laid-back apartment, and we don’t mind if you need some privacy. At the same time, we are always open to watching films, going out for a drink, or other shared activities if you’re up for it.
We would also strongly prefer someone who values cleanliness.

Cathal (29) ist Ire/Brite und arbeitet bei IKEA. Er spielt gerne Badminton und Schach, und geht auch gerne laufen.
Lowell (24) kommt aus Maine in den USA und arbeitet als Englisch-Lehrassistent in Wien. In seiner Freizeit spielt er Waldhorn im Uni Wien-Orchester und ist gerne draußen in der Natur.
Wir sind eine ziemlich entspannte WG, und es stört uns nicht, wenn dir deine Privatsphäre wichtig ist. Trotzdem sind wir immer für Filmabende oder andere gemeinsame Aktivitäten offen, und wir gehen mal auch gerne trinken.
Sauberkeit wird selbstverständlich vorausgesetzt.
