The shared apartment is on the second floor (with elevator), 68m2 with a sunny terrace, almost 30m2 big. Your room is around 12m2. The apartment is fully furnished, including dishwasher, machine washer, vacuum cleaner and iron, kitchen equipment and utensils. There are two bedrooms (one taken by a 24-year old girls, student, your future roomate), a common living area with a couch and dining area with a large dining table. Kitchen is fully equiped. Toilet and bathroom are separate. The cellar is available for additional storage. The building is new, built in 2017 with good isolation.
The rent is 578€ plus current additional costs for energy and heating (188EUR). The deposit is 1500 €, fee for furniture is 1200€(wardrobe,bed, shelves, desk... all new or in great condition) - there is a posibillity that I can take some of the furniture with me, if we agree.
Station U4 Pilgramgasse is 9 minutes by foot, and busses 59A, 12A, 57A and trams 18/6 are also in short walking distance (7mins max). 15 minutes by foot to Mariahilferstrasse. There are pharmacies, bakeries, drugstores, and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity (open on weekends too). Diverse restaurants can be found, as well as cosy cafes.
Your roommate would be a nice girl, 24 y.o. finance student. She likes to cook and explore different cuisines, plays DnD and would be happy to share a cup of tea or a glass of wine from time to time.
You would take over my place in a joint contract, as I will move out. Agency requests 3 pay slips or other proof of financial stability.
