I am turning back to my homeplace for Christmas holidays. That's why I'm looking for a 23 days sub-tenant (04th - 26th October ). We can also negotiate a shorter stay (and the price) ;)
The room is only 11m2. It's a small one but enough for a short term stay. You'll share the kitchen, and bathroom+toilett. The flat does not count with a living room.
The room has a single beed, a window with view to the street, a small desk, a wardrobe and a dressin table.
It's completely furnished and my belonging will remain in the room. I will do some space for yours as well.
2-3 minutes walk to Pilgramgasse (U4)
7 minutes walk to Zieglergasse (U3)
Many cafés, restaurants and bars around the zone.
2-3 minutes walk to BILLA and Spar.
6 minutes walk to Mariahilfestrasse.
You'll share the flat with two calm and nice people (25 and 29 yo). However, each one has different schedules, so nobody bothers the other ;)
