The room is 14,08 m2 but there is also a large living room that will be shared and the kitchen is very spacious as well.
The whole flat is newly renovated and very bright with large windows but they all have blinds. Also, it is totally equipped. The room is already furnished with a sofa bed, a desk and a drawer as well as a bookshelf.

Hi,
we are Philip and Katie and we're looking for a flatmate. We used to live here together but since Katie is going to study abroad for one semester we are looking for a nice flatmate for Philip. We like to keep things tidy and clean. Philip is a very sympathic guy who works at the Technical University and is finishing his PhD in chemistry right now. He is totally uncomplicated to live with and very calm. The house in general is quiet because there's also elderly people living in the other flats so we're not looking for someone who throws parties all the time (there's a lot of places where you can go out in Vienna ;-) ).

Kitchen - table, chairs, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven and a lot of kitchen equipment

Also there is a cleaning cabinet with a washing machine/dryer that you can use and we have a vacuum cleaning robot for the floor as well :)
