Die Wohnung ist eine typische Wiener Altbau Wohnung mit einer gemütlichen Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern und einem bezaubernden Bad.
Das Zimmer dass du beziehen würdest hat ungefähr 30qm und 2 Fenster. Das Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Wir haben einen Vorhang angebracht wodurch man wie durch einen Flur in das Zimmer gelangt (s Fotos).

The appartment is a typical viennese Altbau with a cozy kitchen, two bedrooms, and an enchanting bathroom. The room that you would move into is about 30 sq meters and has 2 windows. Since the room leads to the other bedroom in the apartment, we have put up a curtain to create a sort of hallway between the rooms (see photos).
Tolle zentrale Lage von hier mit dem Fahrrad schnell überall. Gute Orte für Spritzer trinken oder lecker Essen (Cafe Moniq, Marea Alta, Jelinek, Rüdigerhof) zu Fuß erreichbar.. U4 und U6 um die Ecke.

Great central location--everywhere is quick to reach, especially by bike. Good places for Spritzers or yummy food (Cafe Moniq, Marea Alta, Jelinkek, Rüdigerhof) are reachable by foot. The U4 and U6 are around the corner.
Sie würden mit Arielle (29) und Tofu (ihrer 4-jährigen Katze) zusammenleben. Arielle und Tofu sind vor etwa einem Jahr von Brooklyn nach Wien gezogen und die Wohnung gefällt ihnen so gut, dass sie hoffen, noch ein Jahr (zumindest) zu bleiben! Arielle promoviert gerade im Bereich Germanistik und hat eine Leidenschaft für Psychoanalyse und Film. Sie ist mit der Arbeit an ihrer Dissertation ziemlich beschäftigt momentan aber auch gerne für vino und dinner in der Küche zu teilen.

You would be living with Arielle (29) and Tofu (her 4 year old cat). Arielle and Tofu moved to Vienna from Brooklyn about a year ago and like the apartment so much that they hope to stay another year (at least)! Arielle is a German Literature PhD student with a passion for psychoanalysis and film. Although busy working on her dissertation, she is often down to spontaneously hang in the kitchen over glass of wine or share food.
Da Arielle nicht Hauptmieterin werden kann, wird nach einem Nachmieter/einer Nachmieterin gesucht.
