Two bathrooms - one private, one shared. Great location in the 6th district: close to U4 and U6 subway stations. Renovation starting in April. Cozy room with efficient heating - no street noise. Bus stop Line 57A a 1-minute walk away. MuseumsQuartier and Volkstheater reachable in 15 minutes by bus or a 25-minute walk. Very comfortable room, 20m². Selling all furniture for $220: queen-sized bed with base, wardrobes, desk, and two small pieces, small sofa. Languages spoken in the apartment: German, English, Spanish, Chinese, and Ukrainian. All gender identities and LGBTQ+ individuals are welcome.
The house is OLD and not very appealing, but it's scheduled for renovation in April. However, it's in a great location in a calm district, with a reasonable price, and comfortable room.
