helles und grosses Zimmer in leiwander WG

Das Haus, das wir als WG bewohnen liegt in der Mollardgasse im 6. Bezirk. Die Wohnung ist ruhig aber sehr zentral gelegen, Bruno ist gleich um die Ecke, Naschmarkt und Cafes sind in der Naehe; eigentlich ist sehr vieles in der Naehe. 5 Minuten zur U4 und 10 Min zur U6.

Ein Highlight unserer Wohnung ist die rieeesige Dachterrasse, welche eine unglaubliche Ressource fuer uns ist - besonders im Frühling ;). Wenn die Sonne mal drauflen ist sonnen wir uns dort beim Brunch.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und hat mehrere Gemeinschaftsraeume; neben der Terrasse gibt es ein extra Zimmer, als Wohnzimmer Büro oder Musikraum. Auch haben wir eine grosse Kueche wo gerne ganze Abende und ganze Naechte mit Musik machen oder Spiele spielen verbracht werden.
Es gibt zwei Badezimmer (Klo, Dusche & Badewanne), was in einer 4er WG durchaus praktisch ist.

The house we live in as a shared apartment is located in Mollardgasse in the 6th district.
The apartment is quiet but very centrally located, Bruno-Keisky-Park is just around the corner. Naschmarkt and cafes are nearby; actually very much is nearby!
5 minutes to the U4 and 10 minutes to the U6.

A highlight of our apartment is the huuuuge roof terrace, which is an incredible resource for us - especially in spring ;). When the sun is out, we sunbathe there while having brunch.

The apartment is very large and has several common rooms; besides the terrace there is an extra room, as
a living room office or music room. We also have a large kitchen where whole evenings and nights are spent playing music or games.
There are two bathrooms (toilet, shower & bathtub), which is quite practical in a 4-person shared apartment.

Das WG-Leben ist sehr gediegen und entspannt. Wir kochen fuer uns und machen manchmal Events zusammen. Wir haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan. Wir wünschen uns dass die neue Mieter/in Sauberkeit wichtig ist und die die Gemeinschaftsräume in Ordnung hält.


Die Bewohner*innen:

VIOLA (28) - ist zeitgenoessischen Taenzerin. studiert gerade Geschichte und Psychologie. Ist beruftaetig als Sonderpädagogin. likes yoga, biking, techno. environment conscious, bio fan, veggi.

STEFAN (33) - Student, Musiker, Arzt. Seine Liebe zur Musik kommt auf wundervolle und unterhaltsame Art und Weise zum Ausdruck, loves Leonard Cohen. Immer ein offenes Ohr.

ENGLISH

Life in the shared flat is very dignified and relaxed. We cook for ourselves and do events together. We have a weekly cleaning schedule. We wish that for the new tenant cleanliness is important and keeps the shared spaces tidy.
We are open to any new flatmate, but FLINTA is preferred :)

The residents:


VIOLA (28) - is a contemporary dancer, but is currently studying history and psychology to become a teacher. Is working as a special education teacher.

STEFAN (33) - student, musician, doctor. His love for music is expressed in a wonderful and entertaining way, , loves Leonard Cohen.
