The flat is a total of 130 m2 and is on the first floor in beautiful Mariahilf. We have a big kitchen with everything you need including two fridges and a dishwasher, a big hallway, a small guest room (laundry room), a bathroom (bathtub, shower, toilet, washing machine) and a second toilet (no emergencies).
Room
Your future room has 13m2, is really cozy and has the best window-surface area ratio ever. It's also very sunny as it's a south-west facing room and if you like plants, they will just grow like crazy (as mine did ;) )
The room comes with a bed frame with a mattress and an aluminium shelf (that one is pretty useful) which you can see on the pictures. It also means the bare minimum will be already here! If you don’t have interest in those, I can sell them so you’ll be free to move in with your own furniture.
The location is just great! You are close to the city center and right on the edge between the 6th and 7th district. It’s particularly nice for people who enjoy going to nice bars, restaurants and cafés, as you are basically surrounded by them.
On top you are within walking distance to four cinemas, a whole array of supermarkets, post office and other shopping possibilities on Mariahilferstraße, not to mention a bunch of great place to grab a bite! ( Brutal is only at 10 minutes walking distance).
At the same time it's a residential area next to an elementary school and the street is super quiet. The U3 Neubaugasse and the U4 Kettenbrückegasse and Pilgramgasse are 5 min away as well as three different bus lines (13A, 14A, 59A).
You would have two super awesome flatmates; Magda (32), an architect who turned real estate
project manager. She produces her own podcast during her free time talking about the 4th dimension within the topic of architecture through brainstorm sessions.
JungHee (32), an environmental scientist who procrastinates by cooking and has this particularly of turning the kitchen into her lab, experiencing recipes in order to create amazingly delicious fusion dishes :)
We are looking for an easy-going and friendly person who enjoys the benefits of living together, but respects privacy.
Because two of us are leaving the flat (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/10927126.html?ma=1), you have the great opportunity to contribute to building and keeping a comfortable home and a new warm WG atmosphere with very harmonious people.
We often sit together in the kitchen and enjoy each other's company and from time to time we cook, work-out, or watch movies together and have discussions about the world. So we want to be more of friends living together rather than strangers sharing a flat out of necessity.
We also care about a clean flat and would prefer a person who is happy to join in and shares that feeling, as well as someone who plans to stay for longer.
If you see yourself in this flat, you are between 25-35 years and are looking for something permanent, then I would say it's a match and we are happy to hear from you!
