The room is 12 square meters in size and overlooks the courtyard, making it very quiet and cozy. It has a separate entrance, so you won't have direct neighbors with connecting doors; instead, you have a room accessible from the hallway where you can be as loud or as quiet as you like :). Under the windowsill, there is a large built-in cabinet for additional storage. Thanks to the large courtyard connecting several buildings, you'll always get direct sunlight in your room in the afternoon.

Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß und schaut auf den Innenhof, daher ist es sehr leise und gemütlich. Es ist separat begehbar, und du hast keine direkten Nachbarn mit Verbindungstür, sondern ein vom Gang erreichbares Zimmer, in dem du so laut oder leise sein kannst, wie du möchtest :). Unter der Fensterbank gibt es ein großes eingebautes Kästchen als zusätzlichen Stauraum. Durch den großen, mehrere Häuser verbindenden Innenhof hast du auch immer nachmittags direkte Sonne in deinem Zimmer.
The apartment is very well connected. Right in front of the building is the U4 Pilgramgasse station (a 2-minute walk), and the U5 is currently under construction. The bus lines 13A, 14A, 57A, 59A, 12A, and N60 are also nearby. There are many shopping options: Spar, Billa, DM, and Bipa are just around the corner, and Hofer and Penny are also very close. There's a McDonald's and a kebab stand at the U-Bahn station, as well as several other night shops. Mariahilferstraße is a 10-minute walk away.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich die U4-Haltestelle Pilgramgasse (2 Minuten zu Fuß), und es wird gerade die U5 gebaut. Die Buslinien 13A, 14A, 57A, 59A, 12A, N60 sind auch in der Nähe. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Spar, Billa, DM, Bipa sind gleich um die Ecke, aber auch Hofer und Penny sind ganz in der Nähe. We are Bruno and Damian. Damian works in the restaurant industry and occasionally does photo shoots as a hobby, and Bruno is nearing the end of his studies. We sometimes cook and eat together, and we also clean the apartment together. Cleanliness and respect for others are very important to us, so we expect the same from our future roommate.

Wir sind Bruno und Damian. Damian arbeitet in der Gastronomie und macht hin und wieder Fotoshootings als Hobby, und Bruno ist etwa am Ende seines Studiums. Wir kochen manchmal zusammen und essen gemeinsam, und wir putzen auch zusammen die Wohnung. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a nice communal dining table in the large hallway. Everything is renovated, and we moved in just three years ago, so it still looks new :). Additionally, there is a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a really cozy, large bathtub. The apartment is on the second floor, but there is an elevator starting from the mezzanine. As mentioned, it's important to us that you are an open, clean, and sociable person with whom we could potentially become friends. A definite deal-breaker for us is any form of misogyny, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, or other intolerance towards people or lifestyles. We welcome everyone, regardless of their appearance, identity, or way of life. We look forward to meeting you all and will try our best to respond quickly to everyone.

Die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen netten gemeinsamen Esstisch im großen Vorraum. Alles ist renoviert, und wir sind erst vor drei Jahren eingezogen, also sieht es auch noch so aus :). Außerdem gibt es einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine und eine richtig gemütlich große Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist zwar im zweiten Stock, aber es gibt einen Lift ab dem Hochparterre. Wie gesagt, es ist uns wichtig, dass du ein offener, sauberer und geselliger Mensch bist, mit dem wir uns potenziell anfreunden könnten. Ein definitiver Ausschlussgrund für uns ist jegliche Art von Frauenfeindlichkeit, Rassismus, Fremdenfeindlichkeit, Homo- oder sonstige Intoleranz gegenüber anderen Menschen oder Lebensformen. Wir heißen jede Person willkommen, egal wie sie aussieht, sich identifiziert oder ihr Leben lebt. Wir freuen uns darauf, euch alle kennenzulernen und versuchen, so gut es geht, schnell jeder und jedem zu antworten.
