Wir sind eine 4er WG (110m²) in einer hübschen und sehr zentralen Wohnung (Jugendstilaltbau nähe Karlsplatz), die von uns überaus geschätzt wird. Nun suchen wir eine/n neuen Mitbewohner/in, die gerne gemütlich mit uns zusammen wohnen möchte. Wir suchen eine Person mit WG Erfahrung, die auch Interesse für einen gemeinsam Austausch hat und verantwortungsvoll gegenüber der Wohnung bzgl. Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung ist. Wir sind (welt)offen und irgendwie bodenständig mit Humor und suchen jemanden, die auch so ist.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral nahe dem Karlsplatz gelegen! In 2 Minuten Nähe sind U1,U2,U4, die Akademie der bildenden Künste, die TU, der Naschmarkt und in 7 Minuten Nähe ist das Museumsquartier, die Mariahilferstraße und viele Theater, Bars, Konzerthäuser etc. Die Altbauwohnung hat natürlich hohe Decken, Parkettboden und Charme ohne Ende. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es bei uns sehr ruhig.
Wir freuen uns, wenn du an unserer WG Interesse hast und uns zuerst mit Videokonferenzschaltung und dann persönlich kennenlernen möchtest. Bitte kontaktiere uns (soso29 AT gmx.at) und schreib einiges über dich.
Termine werden wir dann ausmachen.
Eckdaten: 15m² Zimmer, €299 + €51 Nebenkosten = gesamt 350€ /Monat (incl. Heizung, Strom, Gas, Internet, Versicherung), Möbeln können eventuell günstig abgelöst werden, Ablöse 100 Euro, Kaution €1050, frei ab Mitte Dezember 2020 für längerfristig zu mieten.

Here's the info on our apartment and the vacant room, we're looking forward to meeting you!
We are a very open and friendly shared flat with 4 flatmates in a large apartment (110m²) right in the heart of Vienna by Karlsplatz. The historic building (Jugendstil/Art Nouveau) features all the typical style elements that old Vienna is known for: very high ceilings, wooden parquet floors, decorative elements, and a small balcony off the kitchen. The kitchen, WC, and bathroom with bathtub and shower have been renovated.
The apartment is extremely central; the metro lines U1, U2, and U4 stop at Karlsplatz and you can walk to the Technical University, Art Academy, or Naschmarkt in 2 minutes. The Museumsquartier is also in walking distance, as are the concert halls and many theaters and cool cafes.
The room is very quiet, 15m², and the rent is €299/month + €51 for utilities/internet/insurance. There is an option of taking over the furniture (bed, desk, etc.) at a very good price. The "Ablöse" (to be paid to the previous tenant for the apartment appliances) is €100 and the deposit is €1050. The apartment is available from mid-December 2020, ideally for long-term rental. We are looking for someone who already has experience living in a shared flat and who shares our desire to live together with other people, as well as our respect for the apartment.
