In unserer bereits 7 Jahre bestehenden WG wird ein Zimmer ab Anfang bzw. Mitte Dezember (1. oder 15.) frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 9 m2 groß, möbliert und ein kleines Raumwunder. Mit dem extra angefertigten Vollholz-Hochbett hat es quasi 2 Etagen und bietet mehr Platz als man denkt. Des weiteren verfügt das Zimmer über einen tollen Fischgrätenparkett, so wie man es sich in einer Wiener Altbauwohnung vorstellt. Aus dem Fenster sieht man in einen schmalen Innenhof, weshalb kaum Tageslicht in das Zimmer kommt. Dafür bleibt es im Sommer recht kühl ( und im Winter heizt das Zimmer sich schnell auf).
Das Hochbett und der Kleiderschrank wäre um 300€ abzulösen.
Unsere Wohnung hat knapp 200m2 Gesamtfläche und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler. In unserer großen, gut ausgestatteten Küche findest du alles nötige und auch ein schönes Bad mit Dusche, als auch Badewanne befindet sich in der Wohnung - 2 WC‘s separat.

A room will be available in our shared flat that exists for almost 8 years, startig from beginning or middle of December (1st or 15th).
The room is approx. 9 m2 in size, furnished and a small space miracle. With the specially made solid wood loft bed, it has two floors and offers more space than you might think. Furthermore, the room has a great herringbone parquet floor, just as you would imagine in a Viennese apartment in an old building. The window looks out onto a narrow inner courtyard, which is why hardly any daylight enters the room. On the other hand, it stays quite cool in summer (and the room heats up quickly in winter).
For loft bed and closet we would take a transfer fee of 300€
Our apartment has a total area of almost 200m2, there is a washing machine and dishwasher. In our large, well-equipped kitchen you will find everything you need and also a nice bathroom with shower and bathtub is in the apartment - 2 separate toilets.

Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Bezirk. 3 Minuten entfernt liegt die nächste U-Bahnstation (U4 Pilgramgasse), 7 Minuten sind es zur U3 (Zieglergasse/Mariahilferstraße) und die Busstationen 13A, 14A u 57A befinden sich sogar gleich um die Ecke. Das Zentrum und die Universität sind sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt vor der Haustüre (Spar), weitere Supermärkte wie Billa und Hofer sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is located in the 6th district. The nearest subway station (U4 Pilgramgasse) is 3 minutes away, the U3 (Zieglergasse/Mariahilferstraße) is 7 minutes away and the bus stops 13A, 14A and 57A are just around the corner. The city center and the university can be reached in 10 minutes by bike as well as by public transport. There is a supermarket right on the doorstep (Spar), other supermarkets such as Billa and Hofer are a 5-minute walk away.
Derzeit wohnen Anna, Alea, Ulrike Matthias und Paul (ich) in der Wohnung.
Wir arbeiten bzw. studieren alle und haben relativ unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe. Wir sitzen aber auch ganz gern mal zusammen bei einem Bier oder machen gemeinsam Kochabende oder Sport.
