In unserer wunderbaren Altbauwohnung in der Theobaldgasse wird ab sofort ein helles Zimmer mit 10m² frei. Wir sind eine 3er-WG und bewohnen unser Zuhause seit vielen Jahren und leidenschaftlich gern. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, lässt sich aber wunderbar an die eigenen Bedürfnisse anpassen. Ein Bett und zwei schöne Holzregale können, aber müssen nicht (gratis) übernommen werden.
Die Lage unserer Wohnung könnte besser nicht sein: 2 Minuten zu Fuß ins Museumsquartier oder zum Kunst- und Naturhistorischen Museum, in den ersten Bezirk oder zum Naschmarkt. Direkte Anbindung an U1, U2, U3 und U4 sowie an alle Bahnen am Ring und den 57A und 13A.
Außerdem wurde die Theobaldgasse nicht ohne Grund schon einmal zur glücklichsten Gasse Wiens gewählt: Ob schlemmen im Süßwasser, Mode und Design aus aller Welt, köstlicher Kaffee bei Akrap, Tatort im Topkino – hier ist alles vor der Haustür.
Wir sind Studentinnen/Arbeitnehmerinnen und bestimmt noch vieles mehr. Wir schätzen das Zusammenleben in unserer schönen Theobaldgasse sehr und sind darum auch keine Zweck-WG. Wir teilen unsere Probleme, Abendessen und Kuscheldecken.

We are looking for a new flatmate for a bright 10m²-room in our beautiful flat in Theobaldgasse. It is a WG for three and we‘ve been living in our home that we love for many years. The room is small, but it can be customized to your needs very easily. There is a bed and two lovely wooden shelves that you could, but do not have to take over (for free).
Our flat’s location couldn’t be better: Within the shortest walking distance you’ll find Museumsquartier, Naschmarkt, Kunst- and Naturhistorisches Museum, the first district and so forth. All public transportation imaginable is right outside the house - U1, U2, U3, U4, all trams on Ringstraße and busses 57A and 13A.
Theobaldgasse was elected the happiest Gasse in Wien: Be it debauchery at Süßwasser, fashion and design from around the world, having coffee at Akrap or eating some lovely Pizza at Nerone – it’s all right on the doorstep.
We are students/employees and certainly a lot more. We appreciate our living together and therefore are looking for someone who wants to be part of this. We share our problems, dinners and comforters.
