Dein Zimmer hat ca 10m2 und geht in einen ruhigen Innenhof. Wir haben außerdem eine charmante Küche und ein kleines feines Esszimmer, Bad (mit Badewanne juhu) und Klo sind getrennt. Es ist ein schöner Altbau mit hohen Decken. Das Zimmer wird teilmöbiliert vergeben, mit einem gemütlichen Hochbett und einem in der Wand eingebauten Kleiderschrank.
(der verbraucht also keinen Platz im Raum).
CAREFUL: JUST AS A SHORT STAY RENTAL FOR 2-3 WEEKS IN SEPTEMBER! LOOKING FORWARD!
The room has about 10m2 and is facing a patio so its's really quiet during the day and at night. We have a charming kitchen and a small fine living room. Bath (with bathtub yey) and toilet are seperate which is really practical. It is a nice old appartment with high ceilings. The room will be for rent with some furniture, - a very comfy loft bed and a wardrobe that is built into the wall (so it doesn't take up any space in the room).
Die Lage in der wir leben ist extrem gut und praktisch, quasi alles in Wien ist von hier aus easy zu erreichen.
In Fußnähe: Westbahnhof (4min), Mariahilferstraße (6min), Neubaugasse (10min), Museumsquartier (18min), Gumpendorfer Straße (5min)
Die nächste Station ist Westbahnhof, von wo die U3, U6 und diverse Straßenbahnen (zB 5er, 9er) losfahren.
Wir fahren auch viel mit dem Fahrrad, von hier aus kommt man gut überall hin und es gibt auch einen City Bike Stand ganz nah.
The area we live in is supercool and convenient to reach basically any place in Vienna within a short time. The 6th district is a young and hip student-district where you can find many cool cafes, bars, and shops.
Within walking distance: Westbahnhof (one of the train-stations of Vienna, 4 min), Mariahilferstraße (6 min), Neubaugasse (10 min), Museumsquarier (18 min), Gumpendorfer Straße (5 min)
The nearest station is Westbahnhof, where the U3 (5 stations to Stephansplatz), the U6 (goes directly to the Danube for swimming), the 5-tram (for going to the University etc.), and many many other trams leave.
We also use our Bikes alot which works perfectly for most distances, and there is also a city bike-stand within walking distance.
Wir verbringen gern Zeit miteinander, kochen (gut und gerne), quatschen und diskutieren, hören gemeinsam Musik und verbringen gerne gemeinsame Abende mit Wein. Zwar gibt es Phasen, in denen wir produktiver sein müssen und viel zu tun haben, aber eine gute Atmosphäre ist uns immer wichtig. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, deswegen sollten Unannehmlichkeiten auch immer (freundlich) geäußert werden und nicht in passiver Agressivität versauern.
Anselma (23) studiert in Linz Jazz-Gesang, arbeitet als Musikerin (erfreue dich an schönen, die Wohnung erhellenden Übungsklängen), Kaspar (26) beendet gerade seinen Master in Zeitgeschichte und Medien, ist eigentlich immer gut gelaunt und hat ein Faible für alte, italenische Filme. Wir sind ein feministischer, LGBTQ+ freundlicher, antirassistischer Haushalt. Im Wohnzimmer darf man mit geöffnetem Fenster geraucht werden.
We like to hang out together, cook (well and happily), chit-chat and discuss, listen to music together and love spending the night with good wine. Allthough there are phases, when we have to be productive and don't have all that much time at hand, a good atmosphere is essential. Since we like to get along with each other, any concerns should be expressed (kindly), before evolving into any passive aggressive behavior. Anselma studies jazz-vocals in Linz and works as a musician (enjoy beautiful practice-sounds dancing through the apartment sometimes). Kaspar is about to finish his masters in contemporary history and media, is a good-mood-person and loves old, italien movies. We are a feminist, LGBTQ+ - friendly, anti-racist household. One can smoke in the living room with open windows.
Wir freuen uns dich kennenzulernen! Wenn du für einen anderen (kurzen) Zeitraum im September als den angegebenen ein Zimmer suchst, schreib uns gerne und wir können uns was ausmachen. :))
2 Wochen würden insgesamt 175€ Miete kosten + 100€ Kaution, die du nach deinem Aufenthalt natürlich wieder zurück bekommst.
