Wir suchen für unsere 3er-WG einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist zunächst für ein halbes Jahr beziehbar, es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit der Wohnungsübernahme (siehe Absatz unten).
Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 10m² groß, durch seine zwei großen Fenster aber sehr hell und gemütlich. Durch das Hochbett und das darunter liegende Sofa ist der Platz im Zimmer sehr gut genutzt. Die Möbel zusammen mit dem Schreibtisch und zugehörigen Regalen bleiben zur Ablöse im Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 81 m² groß und alle Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar. Sie verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, eine Küche und einem kleinen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Gästebett. Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Bezirk Wien und ist nur 3 Minuten Gehzeit von der U-Bahn Station Magaretengürtel entfernt.
Derzeit wohnen in der WG zwei sehr sympathische Studenten, ein Bauingenieurwesen-Student (27) und ein Verfahrenstechnik-Student (26). Das Wohnklima ist sehr offen und freundlich und wir suchen jemanden, der/die sich ebenso offen und freundlich in die WG einfügt. Dieser jemand sollte sauber und ordentlich sein bzw. sich wenigstens an den Putzplan halten. Kochen ist sehr gerne gesehen ebenso wie das Anschließen an ein abendliches Bierchen in der Küche.

We are looking for a new roommate for our 3-bed flat share.
The free room is approx. 10m², but very bright and cosy due to its two large windows. Because of the loft bed and the sofa underneath, the space in the room is very well used. The furniture together with the desk and the shelves remain in the room for replacement.
The apartment has a total size of 81 m² and all rooms can be entered separately. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a kitchen and a small common area with guest bed. The apartment is located in the 6th district of Vienna and is only 3 minutes walking distance from the underground station Magaretengürtel.
At the moment there are two very likeable students living in the flat share, a „Bauingenieurwesen“-student (27) and a „Verfahrenstechnik“-student (26). The living atmosphere is very open and friendly and we are looking for someone who will fit into the WG in an equally open and friendly way. This someone should be clean and tidy or at least stick to the cleaning schedule. Cooking is very welcome as well as having a beer in the kitchen in the evening.

Der Mietvertrag wäre zunächst befristet bis Februar 2021, wir suchen aber gerade nach jemanden, der ab diesem Zeitpunkt den Mietvertrag über die ganze Wohnung übernehmen würde, da meine Mitbewohner dann ausziehen. In dem Fall kann diese Person so lange dort bleiben wie sie will, sich passende Mitbewohner suchen und gegebenenfalls in ein größeres Zimmer umziehen.
