Hey! We are a friendly WG of three women. We are seeking a mature roommate who shares our values of cleanliness, chill vibes, and drinking a beer or watching a movie together. We consider ourselves a family, and want a new roommate who is happy to actively join in with WG life with us.
The room:
The room is 13 square metres, very quiet as the windows face inwards, but still very light and airy. Furnished with bed, some drawers, some shelves, and a blackout blind.
The apartment:
We have made a shared living space with two sofas. The bathroom has a bath tub / shower and toilet. The kitchen is modern, and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and large fridge / freezer. The washing machine and dryer are in the cellar, and coin operated.
We are between U6 Gumpendorferstraße and U4 Margaretengürtel both a few minutes away by foot (around 3 to 5). We are also quite close to Westbahnhof U3 (10 min by foot). As well as tram lines 6 and 18, and bus line 57A.
Penny is across the street, with Billa and Lidl just around the corner.
The location is excellent.
We are:
Esther is the longest serving and main tenant, she is a 30-year-old Austrian, who spends most of her time in Tyrol running ultra marathons and working as a Product Manager. She visits Vienna a few weekends a month, but seeing her is always a pleasant time.
Steph (29) has been in Vienna for 6 years, originally from Mexico. She loves to laugh, obsessed with reading, foxes, yoga, and pursuing her PhD. She cooks fantastic meals, is learning to play the ukulele, and makes beautiful water colour paintings.
I, Bex, am a 29-year-old swimming teacher from the UK. I enjoy learning recipes from Steph, battling the German language, playing rugby, and stand-up comedy. I love crafts; making cards, acrylic painting, and sewing.
