Ich heiße Frederick, bin 34 Jahre alt, mache gerade eine Ausbildung im IT und arbeite nebenbei.
Ich suche eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in für meine Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und wie man auf den Bildern sieht gibt es ein schönes Wohn- bzw. Esszimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen u4 Pilgramgasse und u3 Zieglergasse und eignet sich gut für eine WG.
Ich muss viel lernen und bin daher eher ruhig, ab und zu lade ich Freunde zum Essen ein, da ich gerne koche, wenn ich Zeit habe.
Die Miete liegt bei 375€ + Kosten für Strom und Gas + Internet ca. 90 €. Der Einzug ist ab 1. Dezember möglich und das Zimmer ist bis 28. Februar zu vermieten.
Falls ihr Fragen habt, könnt ihr mir gerne schreiben, oder wir machen uns gleich einen Termin für die Besichtigung aus.
