Helles Altbau-Zimmer im 6. - Bright room in the 6th district

Die Lage könnte kaum zentraler sein. In 3 Minuten ist man am Naschmarkt, in 5 Minuten auf der Mariahilferstraße. In der direkten Umgebung sind unzählige Restaurants und Bars, Cafés etc., einkaufen kannst du auch zu Fuß (sogar verpackungsfrei und vegan). Und zum Museumsquartier gehst du auch nicht lang!
Öffis sind auch direkt zu erreichen, wobei das meiste eh in Fußweite ist. Bei der U3-Station Neubaugasse und den U4-Stationen Kettenbrückengasse bzw. Pilgramgasse bist du in 5-10min. Die Busse 13A und 14A halten auch nur 200m entfernt.

The location could hardly be more central. In 3 minutes you are at the Naschmarkt, in 5 minutes on the Mariahilferstraße. In the immediate neighborhood are countless restaurants and bars, cafes, etc., you can also shop on foot (even packaging-free and vegan). And you don't have to walk long to the Museumsquartier!
Public transport is also directly accessible, although most things are within walking distance anyway. The U3 station Neubaugasse and the U4 stations Kettenbrückengasse and Pilgramgasse are within 5-10min. The buses 13A and 14A also stop only 200m away.

Deine Mitbewohnerin wäre ich: Phelia, 26, studiere im Master Publizistik. Ich koche gerne vegan, mache Spieleabende mit Freund*innen und gehe auch mal raus zum Feiern oder Schwimmen. Sonst gehe ich gerne ins Kino, Museum oder Theater, nähe manchmal und verbringe sonst auch viel Zeit mit Netflix oder Podcasts. Außerdem liebe ich Pflanzen und würde am liebsten die ganze Wohnung in einen Dschungel verwandeln. Im Zusammenleben bin ich recht entspannt, es wäre schon gut wenn wir es gemeinsam schaffen die Wohnung sauber zu halten, ich beschwer mich aber sicher nicht wenn ein Teller rumsteht...
Außerdem lebt hier noch meine Katze Tofu. Die ist meistens sehr brav und nach ein bisschen Kennenlernzeit lässt sie sich auch gern streicheln. Du solltest also schonmal nicht allergisch sein und wenn du bereit wärst dich zu kümmern, wenn ich mal weg bin wäre das noch besser.

Your roommate would be me: Phelia, 26, doing my master's in communication. I like to cook vegan, have game nights with friends, and go out partying or swimming. Otherwise, I like to go to the movies, museums, or the theater, sometimes sew and otherwise spend a lot of time with Netflix or podcasts. I also love plants and would gladly turn the whole apartment into a jungle. Regarding living together I am quite relaxed, it would be good if we manage to keep the apartment clean together, but I certainly won't complain when there's a plate standing around...
In addition, my cat Tofu lives here. She is usually very well-behaved and after a little while, she'll let you pet her. So you should at least not be allergic and if you would be willing to take care when I'm away that would be even better.

Eine Besonderheit der Wohnung ist, dass das Bad nur durch einen Vorhang von der Küche getrennt ist. Das mag am Anfang gewöhnungsbedürftig sein, war im WG-Alltag aber nie ein Problem. Der Esstisch steht im Vorzimmer und ist durch eine Durchreiche mit der offenen Küche (mit Spülmaschine!) verbunden. Im Vorraum steht ein großer PAX Schrank, der viel Stauraum bietet.

In der Warmmiete ist alles drin, inklusive Internet. Kaution ist eine Monatsmiete. Dazu kommt noch etwa 200€ Ablöse für einige Einrichtungsgegenstände die in der WG bleiben, z.B. der große Kasten.
Das Einzugsdatum könnten wir ziemlich flexibel besprechen, es wäre aber praktisch ab jetzt frei.

A special feature of the apartment is that the bathroom is separated from the kitchen only by a curtain. This may take some getting used to at the beginning, but was never a problem in our everyday life. The dining table is in the entrance and is connected by a hatch with an open kitchen (with a dishwasher!). In the hall, there is also a large PAX closet, which offers a lot of storage space.

The warm rent includes everything, even wifi. The deposit is one month's rent. In addition, there will be about 200€ for some furnishings that will remain in the apartment, for example, the big closet.
The move-in date we could discuss quite flexible, but it would be free practically from now.
