Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich die U4 Pilgramgasse (2 Minuten zu Fuß) und es wird gerade die U5 gebaut. 13A, 14A, 57A, 59A, 12A, N60 sind auch in der Nähe. Es gibt auch sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Spar, Billa, Dm, Bipa sind gleich um die Ecke, aber auch Hofer und Penny sind ganz in der Nähe. Es gibt einen McDonalds und einen Kebap-Stand bei der U-Bahn-Station und mehrere andere Nachtgeschäfte (Side Kabap ;), if you know you know)...
Die Mariahilferstraße ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The flat is very well connected. Right in front of the house is U4 Pilgramgasse (2 minutes walking) and they are now building U5.The buses available nearby are 13A, 14A, 57A, 59A, 12A, N60. There are various shopping options too. Spar, Billa, Dm, Bipa are a bit closer but Hofer and Penny are also pretty closeby. Du wirst mit Benny und Damian zusammenleben und wir dachten, es wäre das Beste, wenn wir uns mal beide mit einem kurzen Absatz vorstellen:

Damian:
Mein Name ist Damian, ich bin 23 Jahre alt und komme ursprünglich aus der Slowakei, lebe aber seit 2 Jahren in Wien. Ich arbeite in der L'Osteria, also gibt es manchmal Pizza oder Tiramisu umsonst, hehe. Außerdem versuche ich, Fotograf zu werden, also habe ich in meiner Freizeit einige Shootings. Ich verbringe auch gerne viel Zeit mit meinen Freunden, entweder irgendwo draußen oder manchmal sind sie zu Besuch und du kannst ein Teil davon sein, wenn du Lust dazu hast :) Was ich mir von einem Mitbewohner wünsche, ist Sauberkeit und grundsätzlicher Respekt vor dem persönlichen Raum. Ich freue mich darauf, dich kennenzulernen!

Benny:
Hey, ich bin Benny und ich komme aus Österreich und lebe seit 4 Jahren in Wien. Ich studiere gerade Architektur und bin daher viel an der Uni. Ich schaffe es aber manchmal trotzdem :D nach Hause zu kommen und mag es sehr, dann Leute um mich herum zu haben, mit denen ich mich unterhalten und eine gute Zeit verbringen kann, deshalb ist es mir wichtig, dass es mehr als eine Freundschaftliche als nur eine Art Co-Living Situation in der Wohnung ist. Ich bin immer für eine gute Zeit da, um auszugehen, was crazies zu machen und habe auch ein offenes Ohr für dich, wenn du dir etwas von der Seele reden musst. Ich freue mich darauf, dich kennenzulernen und mit dir zu leben und ich hoffe, du auch, nachdem ich painfully versucht habe, mich in einem Absatz für dich zu beschreiben haha :)

In unserer Wohnung ist es uns wichtig, eine offene Kommunikation zu haben und in der Lage zu sein, sich hinzusetzen und zu reden, wenn nötig.

You are gonna live with Benny and Damian and we thought that it would be best if we both introduce ourselves with a short little Paragraph:

Damian:
My name is Damian I'm 23 years old and originally from Slovakia but living in Vienna for 2 years. I'm working at L'Osteria so there's a chance you gonna get pizza or tiramisu for free sometimes heheheh. Besides that I'm trying to become a photographer so in my free time I have some shootings. Also I like spending a lot of time with my friends either outside somewhere or sometimes have them over and that you can be a part of when you feel like it :) What I would like to have in a flatmate is cleanliness and basic respect for personal space. Hey I'm Benny and I'm from Austria living in Vienna since 4 years. I'm studying Architecture right now and therefore I'm at Uni a lot. I do manage to get home sometimes tho and really enjoy having people around to talk to and have a good time with so it's important to me that there is more of a friendship than just a Co-Living kind of flat and flat life. I'm always here for a good time going out, doing something crazy and also have an open ear for you if you need to get something off your chest. I'm excited to meet and live with you and I hope so are you after I painfully tried to describe myself in one Paragraph for you haha :)

In our flat, it is really important to have open comunication and being able to sit down and talk when needed.

Die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen netten gemeinsamen Esstisch im großen Vorraum. Es ist alles frisch renoviert und wir sind erst vor einem Jahr eingezogen, also siehts auch noch so aus :). Außerdem gibt es auch einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschiene und eine richtig gemütlich große Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist zwar im zweiten Stock, aber es gibt einen Lift ab dem Hochparterre. Wie gesagt ist es uns wichtig, dass du ein offener, sauberer und geselliger Mensch bist mit dem wir uns potentiell anfreunden könnten. Ein definitiver Ausschlussgrund für uns ist jegliche Art von Frauenfeindlichkeit, Rassismus, Fremdenfeindlichkeit, Homo- oder Transphobie oder sonstiger nichtakzeptanz von anderen Menschen oder Lebensformen und wir heißen jede Person willkommen, egal wie sie aussieht, sich identifiziert oder ihr Leben lebt. Wir freuen uns darauf euch alle kennenzulernen und versuchen so gut es geht schnell jeder und jedem zu Antworten.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a nice common dining table in the large entrance area. Kitchen bathroom and the rest of the flat are all freshly renovated and we only moved in a year ago, so it still looks that way :). There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and a really cozy big bathtub. The apartment is on the second floor, but there is an elevator from the Hochparterre. As we said, it is important to us that you are an open, clean and sociable person with whom we could potentially make friends. We will definitely not consider you for moving in with us if there is any kind of misogyny, racism, xenophobia, homo- or transphobia or other non-acceptance of other people or ways of life from your side and welcome you no matter how you look, identify or live your life. We are looking forward to get to know you all and try to answer each and everyone as soon as possible.
