It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and a mini balcony on the north side.
Possible move would be from 15th of August. Rent is €285 and includes rent, utilities, electricity and gas, internet and household insurance.
Die WG befindet sich im 6. Wiener Gemeindebezirk, zwischen der Gumpendorfer Straße und der Wienzeile. U4 Station Pilgramgasse, 13A/12A/57A sind in 5 Minuten Gehweite. Einkaufsgelegenheiten, Apotheke, Post und viele nette Lokale sind auch sehr nah.
Die Altbauwohnung ist nicht saniert aber das Haus ist im sanierten Zustand.
Im Innenhof im 2ten Stock gelegen (mit Aufzug) und daher sehr ruhig und gemütlich.

The WG is located in the 6th district of Vienna, between Gumpendorfer Straße and Wienzeile. U4 station Pilgramgasse, 13A/12A/57A are within 5 minutes walking distance. Shops, pharmacy, post office and many nice restaurants/bars are also very close.
The flat is located in a renovated house in the courtyard on the 2nd floor (with elevator) and is therefore very quiet and comfortable.
Wir sind Dorukhan (34-Architekt) und Mahyar (25-Musiker).
Uns ist es wichtig, dass man zusammen kocht, plaudert, Freunde einladet und natürlich auch seine Ruhe haben kann. Wir sind nicht irrsinnig ordentlich und sauber, aber Ordnung und Sauberkeit ist uns schon wichtig. In der WG ist ein freundliches, respektvolles und offenes Miteinander sehr wichtig.

We are Dorukhan (34-Architekt) and Mahyar (25-Musiker).
It's important to us that we cook together from time to time, chat, invite friends over and, of course, be able to have some peace and quiet. We are not insanely neat and clean, but on the other side order and cleanliness is important. Sharing, friendship, respect and open cooperation for me is very important in the WG.
