Hi! Since I’m going away for the summer, I’m looking for someone to rent my lovely sunny room in the 6th district :)
The room is 22m square big and has 3 big beautiful (Erker) windows 😍 a lot of light comes in the room! From the window you have a view of the beautiful church. Come by and see for yourself :)
Since it is an Altbau building even though it is sunny & hot outside, the room and the whole apartment stay pretty cool. The windows are newly renovated so when you close the window you can barely hear the noise from the busy Gürtel.
It is furnished with a bed, bed side table, desk, chair, clothing rack, book case and a wardrobe. + I have an extra mattress as well that you can use if you'd like.
The kitchen is fully equipped with almost everything you need including a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub & a washing machine.
The location couldn’t be anymore perfect. Lidl, Hofer, Billa, Spar, DM can be reached in minutes. Trams 6 & 18 are just right in front of the apartment. U6 Gumpendorferstr & Bus 57A under 5 minutes. Mariahilferstr, U6 Westbahnhof and U4 Margeretengürtel in 9 minutes walk. The Innenstadt can be reached in around 15-25 minutes. All is walking distance :)
You will be sharing the flat with 3 others :)
Kathi, she’s from Vienna and currently studying law. Andrea, she’s from Argentina and just moved into the flat. Kata, she’s from Hungary and also just moved into the flat. She’s currently studying at the WU.
All 3 girls are really nice and friendly and will make you feel at home in Vienna :) all i can say are good experiences with the girls - we have a great living arrangement and we respect each other’s privacy. It's not rare that we have a chat in the kitchen as well!
The total rent is 337.5 € all included (gas, electricity, WLAN)
Deposit: 350€
The room is available from 1st June 2022 until 31st August 2022. Could also be extend until the 1st week of September, but we can talk about it later (if you're actually interested in that).
