Dein Zimmer ist ca. 26 m2 groß und ist mit beiden großen Fenstern auf eine ruhige Einbahnstraße hin ausgerichtet. Außerdem hat das Zimmer, sowie die gesamte Wohnung, ein schönes Fischgrätparkett. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und Schränke, Fahrräder, WillHaben Schätze können problemlos in die Wohnung geschleift werden. Die Wohnung hat leider kein Wohnzimmer, aber wir sitzen gerne in der Küche und haben alle Zimmer, die groß genug sind, um dort zusammenzusitzen. Eventuell ist das Zimmer auch nach Absprache schon ein bisschen früher beziehbar.

Your room is about 26m2 with two large windows oriented towards a quiet street and is located on the first floor. Additionally, the room, as well as the whole flat, has a beautiful wooden floor. Unfortunately we don't have a living room, but like to hang out in the kitchen or in one of our rooms, which are quite large. The room might possibly be available already at the end of November.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im schönen 6. Bezirk. Vor dem Haus stehen die einzigen Bäume des Bezirks, aber wer grün mag ist auch schnell mit dem Fahrrad in Schönbrunn. Supermärkte sind in laufweite rund um die Wohnung verteilt und die Mariahilfer Straße, eine der Haupteinkaufsstraßen Wiens, liegt 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man von hier aus schnell in alle Ecken der Stadt. Wer nicht so gerne radelt hat jeweils die U4 Margaretengürtel, U6 Gumpendorfer Straße und U3 Zieglergasse in 5-10 min Laufweite.

The flat is centrally located in the beautiful 6th district. In front of the house you can find the only green trees of the district, but plant lovers can bike to Schönbrunn in no time. Supermarkets are within walking distance from the flat and the Mariahilfer Straße, one of Vienna's main shopping streets, can be reached in about 5 min. Everything can be quickly reached by bike. If you want to play safe and take the subway U4 Margaretengürtel, U6 Gumpendorfer Straße and U3 Zieglergasse are in 5-10 min walking distance.
In der WG wohnen Martin (34) und Lioba (25).
Lioba studiert Psychologie im Master und mag Menschen auch in ihrer Freizeit gerne. Sie spielt Volleyball, fährt Mountainbike, mag so Kultursachen und betreibt Freizeit-Feminismus.
Martin studiert Architektur, spielt Schach und geht gerne bouldern. Außerdem liebt er es, sich selbst zu beschreiben.
Die Intensität des WG Lebens variiert nach Lust und Laune. Wir arbeiten beide Teilzeit und benötigen auch unseren Rückzug. Genauso sehr schätzen wir aber auch lange Gespräche in der Küche oder gemeinsam essen/sporteln/trinken.
Jede*r von uns putzt abwechselnd die WG mit immenser Leidenschaft und wir essen ausschließlich vegetarisch/vegan in der WG (Döner im eigenen Bett ist gestattet).

You will share the flat with Martin (34) and Lioba (25).
Lioba is currently doing her Master's in Psychology, but still enjoys to listen to people for free. She plays Volleyball, goes mountain biking, likes culture stuff, and is a free time-feminst.
Martin studies architecture, plays chess and likes to boulder. Furthermore, he loves self-descriptions.
The intensity of the WG life varies depending on how everyone feels. We both have a part-time job and sometimes we need some alone time, but other times like to eat together, do sports such as bouldering or biking or go for a drink.
We all take turns cleaning the WG weekly with great passion. We exclusively eat vegan/vegetarian in the WG (secretly eating Döner below your blanket is fine).
