Das Zimmer hat 23 m2 und ist teil von einer 2er WG.
Die couch ist perfekt um Leute da zu haben und mit den Kommoden und der Kleiderstange ist mehr als genug Platz für alles. Außerdem ist die couch auch groß genug um da wen drauf schlafen zu lassen falls mal Besuch oder so vorbei kommt. Ich bin von Dezember bis Ende Jänner im Ausland zum studieren was bedeutet das ich alle Möbel im Zimmer lassen würde zur Untermiete :)
The room has 23 m2 and is part of a shared flat for 2 people.
The couch is perfect to have people around and with the dressers and clothes rail there is more than enough space for everything. In addition, the couch is big enough to let someone sleep on it if visitors come by. I will be studying abroad from December to the end of January which means I would leave all the furniture in the room for subletting :)
Die Lage um ganz ehrlich zu sein ist bombeeee. Wir sind 2 Blöcke weg vom Westbahnhof also U6 und U3 sind in 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die u4 ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Mariahilfer Straße ist auch direkt um die Ecke also shoppen und Restaurants sind direkt da. Für Erasmus Studenten wäre maybe noch cool zu wissen dass das travel shack direkt 2 Blöcke weiter ist :)
The location is the bombbb. We're 2 blocks away from Westbahnhof where the U3 and the U6 are, and the U4 is also just a 5 min walk. The Mariahilfer street is right around the corner, so shopping and Restaurants are right there. For Erasmus students its maybe nice to know that the travel shack is 2 blocks away :)
Will nicht übertreiben, aber wenn ihr hier einziehen würdet, würdet ihr mit der absolut besten Mitbewohnerin ever zusammen wohnen. Rosa arbeitet in einer Marketing Agentur Vollzeit also ist unter der Woche nur am Abend da. Sonst ist alles super normal, also wir chillen manchmal in der Küche zusammen oder in meinem Zimmer auf der Couch, aber wenn man Ruhe braucht kann man sich auch gut zurück ziehen. Ab und zu haben wir paar Leute da zum vorglühen oder um einfach abzuhängen, aber ist jz wirklich nicht jedes Wochenende :)
Ngl, if you would move in, you'd live with the best roomie ever. Rosa works at a Marketing Agency and is during the week only home at the evening. Otherwise living together is absolutely easy, sometimes we hang out in the kitchen or hang out on the couches in my room. But if you need rest and want to be by yourself she's absolutely respectful of that as well. Sometimes we have some people over to hang out or pre game but definitely not a weekly occurrence so don't worry lol.
Es würde alles zusammen 600 kosten, also inklusive Nebenkosten. Die Möbel würden wie gesagt drinnen bleiben weil das Zimmer ja nur für Zwischenmiete frei wird. Und sonst suchen wir eigentlich nur jemanden der nett drauf ist, mit dem man gut chillen kann und ab und zu ein Bierchen trinken kann. Meldet euch einfach über die Webseite oder schreibt mir eine Nachricht auf WhatsApp oder so :)
Everything together would cost 600, so including heat, gas, internet... As I said, the furniture would stay because the room is only available for temporary rent. And otherwise we're just looking for someone who's is nice and chill, with who you can have a beer every now and then.
