Schönes Zimmer in renovierter Altbau-WG nähe Mariahilferstraße

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen des 6. Bezirks. In 5 Minuten bist du zu Fuß bei der Mariahilferstraße. Dort findest du direkt die U3-Station Zieglergasse. Auch der Westbahnhof (U3 und U6) und die Pilgramgasse (U4) sind zu Fuß keine 10 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem sind im Umkreis zahlreiche Bus- und Straßenbahnstationen. :-)

Rund um die Wohnung findet man sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie zum Beispiel Billa, DM, Hofer, Spar, etc.
Auch gastronomisch hat die Gegend einiges zu bieten :-)

Hallo, ich bin Sophie, deine neue Mitbewohnerin!
Ich bin 23 Jahre alt und studiere im Master Lebensmitteltechnologie an der Universität für Bodenkultur Wien. Neben dem Studium arbeite ich 16 Stunden und bin somit 3 mal unter der Woche vormittags nicht Zuhause.

Generell würde ich mich als sehr offenen, zielstrebigen und kommunikativen Menschen beschreiben. Falls du also Hilfe brauchst beim Orientieren in der neuen Stadt oder Anknüpfungspunkte suchst, bin ich dir da gerne behilflich!
Ich bin abends und am Wochenende oftmals mit Freunden oder Familie unterwegs. Ich freue mich aber auch, wenn wir mal gemeinsam kochen oder was trinken. :-)

Unsere WG ist prinzipiell sehr ordentlich und sauber. Hier und da passiert's aber doch, dass ein paar Sachen herumliegen :-D. Bezüglich Putzplan, können wir alles weitere gerne gemeinsam ausmachen!

In our 2-person shared apartment a room is available from the end of January until the end of July 2023.

The entire apartment faces the courtyard and is therefore very quiet and bright.
The apartment consists of bathroom/toilet, kitchen, living room with dining and study area, as well as your room and the room of your new roommate (Sophie). All rooms of the apartment are fully furnished - including washing machine, dishwasher and bathtub.

Also your future room already contains everything you need - 160cm wide bed, TV, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a small storage bench.

The center of life in our shared apartment is definitely the living room - a place to study, eat together, play games and have a beer or two after work :-)

The apartment is located in the middle of the 6th district. It takes 5 minutes to walk to 'Mariahilferstraße' - a very well-known street in Vienna. There you will find the subway station U3 'Zieglergasse'. The station 'Westbahnhof' (U3 and U6) and 'Pilgramgasse' (U4) are also less than 10 minutes away by foot. In addition, there are numerous bus and streetcar stations in the vicinity.

Around the apartment you can find all shopping facilities you need - such as Billa, DM, Hofer, Spar, etc..
Also gastronomically the area has a lot to offer :-)

Hi, I am Sophie, your new flatmate!
I am 23 years old and I'm studying food technology at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences Vienna. In general I would describe myself as a very open, determined and communicative person. So if you need help orienting yourself in the new city or if you are looking for new contacts, I would be happy to help you!
In the evening or at weekends I'm often out with friends or family. But I am also happy to cook together or have a drink with you. :-)

Our shared flat is basically very tidy and clean. Occasionally some of my stuff is not stored where it actually should be :-D Regarding the cleaning schedule, we can discuss everything else together!
