Ich bin Lena und wohne in einer schönen Altbau WG im 6. Bezirk. Da ich endlich meinen Master abgeschlossen und etwas Geld verdient habe, gönne ich mir eine tolle Reise nach Neuseeland (ca. 5 Wochen). Die angegebene Miete bezieht sich auf 41 Tage und ist all inclusive. Wenn du vor hast doch kürzer zu bleiben, bitte schreibe mir und wir werden einen guten Deal für uns beide finden.
Wenn du gerade auf der Suche nach einer Zwischenmiete bist, einem kleinen Heim auf Zeit, würde ich mich freuen wenn du mir schreibst und das Zimmer anschauen kommst.
Das Zimmer ist ca 25m2 groß, mit zwei großen Fenster auf eine ruhige Strasse. Es ist vollmöbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kasten, Regal, Couch, etc.

I'm Lena and I live in a beautiful old building in the 6th district. Since I've finally completed my Masters and earned some money, I'm treating myself to a great trip to New Zealand (about 5 weeks). The indicated rent refers to 41 days and is all inclusive. If you plan to stay shorter please write to me and we will find a good deal for both of us.
If you are currently looking for a sublet, a small temporary home, I would be happy if you write to me and come and see the room.
The room is about 25m2, with two large windows on a quiet street. It is fully furnished with a bed, desk, cupboard, shelf, couch, etc.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen im 6. Bezirk.
Nahe an U4, U3, und U6. 13A ist auch gleich ums Eck.
Zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants, ein großes Kulturangebot sind auch in der Nähe, der 6. Bezirk ist einfach toll!

Du wirst mit zwei Personen zusammenwohnen, einer Köchin und einem Architekten.
Wir sind eine gemütliche WG, manchmal trinken wir ein Glas Wein oder Bier am Abend. Wir versuchen respektvoll miteinande rumzugehen und uns nicht auf die Nerven zu gehen ;)
