New flatshare is looking for a 3rd person in beautiful old apartment in the heart of Vienna!

The apartment is at the heart of Neubau (7th District), minutes away from Mariahilferstrasse and Neubaugasse. It is also in walking distance to Josef-strauss park. It is a 10 minute walk from Westbahnhof (U3/U6/plenty of trams) and a 2 minute walk tram 49 on Stollgasse. There is a Billa 30 seconds away and plenty of cool restaurants, bars and cafes in walking distance. The street is very quiet, with limited car traffic.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Neubau (7. Bezirk), nur wenige Minuten von der Mariahilferstraße und der Neubaugasse entfernt. Auch der Josef-Strauss-Park ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Sie ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Westbahnhof (U3/U6/viele Straßenbahnen) und 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Straßenbahnlinie 49 in der Stollgasse entfernt. Es gibt einen Billa 30 Sekunden entfernt und viele coole Restaurants, Bars und Cafés in Gehweite. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig, mit wenig Autoverkehr.

We, Nina (28) and Martin (25), are moving into this beautiful altbau in the 7th district and are looking for someone to join our crew and turn this place into a home.

Nina is Austrian and is currently working as a psychotherapist while at the same time finishing her master's thesis. She's an R&B singer who loves doing yoga, going out to nature, or doing any kind of cultural activity. She is outgoing, thoughtful, and brings home the best snacks.

Martin is French but grew up in the USA. He moved to Austria 3 years ago and does communications in the NGO sector. He is also a big music fan, djs, and has a radio show. He spends most of his time working on passion projects, doing sports or different cultural activities. He is very warm and communicative, and doesn't take himself too seriously.

Wir, Nina (28) und Martin (25), ziehen in diesen schönen Altbau im 7. Bezirk und suchen jemanden, der sich unserer Crew anschließt und diese Wohnung zu einem Zuhause macht.

Nina ist Österreicherin und arbeitet derzeit als Psychotherapeutin, während sie gleichzeitig ihre Masterarbeit beendet. Sie ist eine talentierte R&B-Sängerin, die gerne Yoga macht, in der Natur unterwegs ist und jede Art von kulturellen Aktivitäten liebt. Sie ist kontaktfreudig, umsichtig und bringt die besten Snacks mit nach Hause.

Martin ist Franzose, wuchs aber in den USA auf. Er ist vor 3 Jahren nach Österreich gezogen und arbeitet in der Kommunikation im NGO-Bereich. Er ist auch ein großer Musikfan, legt als DJ auf und hat eine Radiosendung. Die meiste Zeit verbringt er damit, an leidenschaftlichen Projekten zu arbeiten, Sport zu treiben oder verschiedenen kulturellen Aktivitäten nachzugehen. Er ist sehr herzlich und kommunikativ und nimmt sich selbst nicht allzu ernst.

Both of us are pretty young but working full time, which means we aren't looking to build a party flat but enjoy hanging out with each other. We both have a lot going on, so the flat should be a clean and relaxed place where we can find calm and good vibes. We are both chill people that pay attention to the needs of others (whether it be cleanliness or noise), and want to find someone on the same wavelength.

Our mutual passion for music also means our third flatmate should enjoy music, as it will be around quite a bit :) We'd also love someone who is open to cooking together sometimes in the evenings and hanging out, as we want to feel a home rather than a purpose flat.

Because people currently still live in the flat until the end of June, we can only arrange limited visits. We want to prioritize a good connection with the person joining us in this new adventure, so we will first have a chat to get to know each other (either in-person or online) and then an in-person visit of the flat if there is a good fit.

Wir sind beide ziemlich jung, arbeiten aber Vollzeit, was bedeutet, dass wir nicht auf der Suche nach einer Party-WG sind, sondern gerne miteinander abhängen. Wir haben beide viel zu tun, also sollte die Wohnung ein sauberer und entspannter Ort sein, an dem wir Ruhe und gute Stimmung finden können. Wir sind beide ruhige Menschen, die auf die Bedürfnisse anderer achten (sei es Sauberkeit oder Lärm) und wollen jemanden finden, der auf der gleichen Wellenlänge ist.

Unsere gemeinsame Leidenschaft für Musik bedeutet auch, dass unser dritter Mitbewohner Spaß an Musik haben sollte, da diese ziemlich oft zu hören sein wird :) Wir würden uns auch über jemanden freuen, der bereit ist, manchmal abends zusammen zu kochen und etwas zu unternehmen, denn wir wollen uns wie ein Zuhause fühlen und nicht wie eine Zweckwohnung.

Da die Menschen derzeit noch bis Ende Juni in der Wohnung leben, können wir nur begrenzte Besuche arrangieren. Wir möchten vor allem eine gute Verbindung für das zusammen leben aufbauen. Daher werden wir zunächst ein Gespräch führen, um uns gegenseitig kennenzulernen (entweder persönlich oder online), und dann die Wohnung persönlich besichtigen, wenn es gut passt.
