Mein voll möbliertes Zimmer wird ab 15. August in einer 4er WG frei. Das Zimmer ist 13m2 groß und sehr hell.
Alle Möbel im Zimmer können gegen eine Ablöse übernommen werden. (Bett mit Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Nachttisch)
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Gemeinschaftsgarten, der jederzeit genutzt werden kann.

My fully furnished room will be free in a 4 bedroom WG from the 15th of August. The room is 13m2 and it’s really bright.
All furniture in the room can be taken over for a fee. (Bed with mattress, closet, desk, chair, bedside table)
A community garden also belongs to the flat, which can be used any time.
Die Lage ist top, es ist in der Nähe der Mariahilferstraße. 7 Minuten zu Fuß von den U3-Stationen Zieglergasse und Neubaugasse, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Buslinie 13A und zur Straßenbahnlinie 49. Viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bars und Restaurants sind in der Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar.

The location is top, it’s close to Mariahilferstrasse. 7 min walk from Zieglergasse U3 and Neubaugasse U3 station, 3 min walk to bus 13A and tram 49. Many grocery stores, bars and restaurants are in the near.
Es ist eine internationale WG, alle sind nett und gehen respektvoll miteinander um. Jeder hat seine Privatsphäre, aber mindestens einmal im Monat spielen wir Brettspiele, trinken Wein oder brunchen zusammen.
Carmen (21) kommt aus Spanien, sie arbeitet Teilzeit als Kellnerin und wird im Oktober ihr Studium an der Uni Wien beginnen. Sie spricht Spanisch und Deutsch.
Anastasia (23) kommt aus Kanada und spricht viele Sprachen, wie Französisch, Englisch, Ukrainisch und Deutsch. Sie arbeitet Vollzeit und ist eine großartige Sängerin.
Oscar (35) kommt aus Mexiko und spricht Spanisch und Englisch. Er arbeitet Vollzeit als Industriedesigner.

It’s an international WG, everyone is nice and respectful with each other. Everyone has her/his private sphere but like to hang out and play board games, drink some wine or have brunch together at least once in a month.
Carmen (21) comes from Spain, she’s working part time as a waitress and will start her studies at Uni Wien in October. She speaks Spanish and German.
Anastasia (23) comes from Canada, speaks many languages, like French, English, Ukrainian and German. She is working full time and she is a great singer.
Oscar (35) comes from Mexico, speaks Spanish and English. He is working full time as an industrial designer.
