Von den 4 Zimmern ist dieses Zimmer das größte. Es ist komplett eingerichtet und die Möbel sind in gutem Zustand. Die Wände sind sehr dick, so können Sie etwas laut sein und niemand hört Sie, das Zimmer ist warm im Winter und hält kühl im Sommer.

The WG is located in the amazing 7th district, right behind the MuseumsQuartier, it is a 5 minute walk to the Hofburg. Furthermore, the WG is 10 minutes walking to Mariahilfer Strasse. There are many tram lines 10 mins away (Ring Volkstheater) and the U3 is 5 minutes away.
All the restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs, and amazingness that the 7th district has to offer, ARE ALL WALKING DISTANCE!!!
The location is what sells this WG, it doesn't get better in Vienna ;)

Die WG befindet sich im wunderschönen 7. Bezirk, direkt hinter dem MuseumsQuartier, 5 Gehminuten von der Hofburg entfernt. Außerdem ist die WG 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Mariahilfer Straße entfernt. Es gibt viele Straßenbahnlinien in 10 Minuten Entfernung (Ring Volkstheater) und die U3 ist 5 Minuten entfernt.
Alle Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, Clubs und alle anderen Attraktionen, die der 7. Bezirk zu bieten hat, sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt!!!
Die Lage ist das, was diese WG verkauft, besser geht es in Wien nicht ;)
We are all young, mostly students. Due to everyone's busy schedule, we don't do much together, but sometimes we manage to grab a beer together. Everyone is very respectful and we clean after ourselves. Overall, there have never been any complaints from anyone regarding the state of the flat. We are all nice :)

Wir sind alle jung, meist Studenten. Da wir alle einen vollen Terminkalender haben, unternehmen wir nicht viel zusammen, aber manchmal schaffen wir es, ein Bier zusammen zu trinken. Alle sind sehr respektvoll und wir machen hinter uns sauber. Insgesamt hat sich noch nie jemand über den Zustand der Wohnung beschwert. Wir sind alle nett :)
I have always loved to live here, but now I am trying to live closer to my work. I will truly miss living in the 7th district, especially in this part of the district. You truly feel that you live in Vienna in this area. I hope the next person who takes this room will enjoy living in it as much as I did :P

Ich habe immer gerne hier gelebt, aber jetzt versuche ich, näher an meiner Arbeit zu wohnen. Ich werde es wirklich vermissen, im 7. Bezirk zu leben, besonders in diesem Teil des Bezirks. In dieser Gegend hat man wirklich das Gefühl, in Wien zu leben. Ich hoffe, dass die nächste Person, die dieses Zimmer übernimmt, es genauso genießen wird, darin zu leben wie ich :P
