Nice spacious and luminous room with some furniture included (desk and bed structure).
The room is about 23 m2 large and very bright due to the orientation to the south. The windows of the apartment are all facing south into an inner courtyard, which is why direct sunlight comes into the apartment almost all day. The courtyard is used as a parking lot.
The apartment is located in the heart of the 7th district. The U3 station "Zieglergasse" and the U6 station "Burggasse-Stadthalle" are just 10 minutes walk away. Also, the Bim station "Zieglergasse" from which the 5er Bim departs is only 3 minutes away and the 5er Bim 5 minutes away. Billa, Hofer and Spar are also within walking distance.
- Nach zwei Jahren in der WG fällt es mir jetzt schwer auszuziehen. In der WG herrscht ein familiäres Verhältnis. Manchmal kochen wir zusammen oder gehen Fußball/Badminton spielen oder setzten und für ein Bierchen oder eine Runde Schach in die Wohnküche. Es gibt aber keinen Druck oder Zwang etwas miteinander zu unternehmen. Es kommt wie es kommt :)
In der WG werden 4 Mitbewohner*innen mit dir Leben.
Pablo (24) aus Madrid. Pablo arbeitet als Front End Developer. Er ist ein super Typ und immer für ein Gespräch oder ein paar blöde Sprüche da! Pablo kommt ursprünglich aus Madrid und lebt jetzt seit zwei Jahren in der WG. Er spricht Spanisch, Englisch und sein Deutsch ist auch nicht schlecht.
Asude (21) aus Darmstadt. Asude studiert an der WU und ist auch super. Sie ist oft unterwegs spielt Volleyball oder trifft sich mit Freunden. Asude kocht gerne und ist ein geselliger Mensch! Außerdem schaut sie gerne Formel 1 und hat auch sonst viele Interessen.
Max (22) aus der Ukraine. Kurz vor dem Krieg ist Max mit seinen Eltern nach Wien gezogen. Er wohnt mittlerweile seit einem Jahr in der WG, lernt Deutsch und macht anderweitig auch Projekte. Max ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch der auch immer für ein Gespräch offen ist.
