Wir bieten ein wunderschönes, helles und sehr großes Zimmer in einer Altbauwohnung (23 m2). Der Einzug kann eigentlich flexibel sein, wenn Februar besser ist, wäre das auch in Ordnung.
Ich würde mich aber auch sehr freuen wenn du einige Möbeln von mir übernehmen würdest.
Wir suchen jemanden der nach mir auch Hauptmieter in der Wohnung wird, da die anderen beiden auch ausziehen möchtet könntest du dir dann zwei neue Mitbewohner:innen suchen. Aber keine Sorge, falls du niemanden kennst kümmern sich wir auch um die Suche eines Nachmieters.
Hauptmieter sein bedeutet du würdest bei der Hausverwaltung statt mir den Vertrag übernehmen, die Kaution hinterlegen und du musst eventuell einen Bürgen haben. Genaueres können wir auch noch persönlich besprechen.

We offer a big, bright and beautiful room (23 m2). The date for moving in can be flexible, if February would fit you better, we can arrange for that.
I would also be very happy if you would take over some of the furniture from me.
We are looking for someone who will be the main tenant in the apartment after me, the other two will also move out and you could then look for two new flatmates. But don't worry, if you don't know anyone, we will take care of finding a new tenant for you.
Being the main tenant means you would take over the contract at the property management instead of me, you would have to pay the deposit and you might have to have a guarantor. We can discuss more details in person.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Burggasse in 1070. Es ist ein junges, lebendiges Viertel, das zentral in Wien gelegen ist. Supermärkten wie Spar, Billa, Hofer, Bipa etc. sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Es gibt auch viele Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben schnellen Zugang zum Bus 48A, oder die U6 und U3 sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is located in the Burggasse in 1070. It is a young, lively neighbourhood that is centrally located in Vienna. You have all kinds of supermarkets (Spar, Billa, Hofer, Bipa etc.) within a few minutes of walk. There are also lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. You have fast access to the bus 48A that takes you to Volksgarten or the U6 and U3 are also within walking distance.
