Das Zimmer hat 12 qm, wäre unmöbliert ( falls du bestimmte Möbel brauchst kann man eventuell etwas organisieren) und frühe Morgensonne, ist sehr ruhig und hofseitig gelegen. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche, ein Bad und zwei Wc's. Die Miete wäre 500 € warm.
The room has 12 sqm, would be unfurnished (if you need certain furniture we can possibly organize something) and early morning sun, is very quiet and facing the courtyard. There is a large living room, a large kitchen, a bathroom and two toilets. The rent would be 500 € warm.
Die Lage ist super! Es gibt diverse Supermärkte in gehweite und eine top Pizzeria gleich unter uns.
The location is great! There are various supermarkets within walking distance and a great pizzeria just below us.
Hello! Wir sind Jakob und Anahita, zwei Freunde die beide im letzten Jahr vom Medzinistudium sind und gerade das klinische Jahr an verschiedenen Krankenhäusern absolvieren. Wir arbeiten beide untertags, unternehmen ab und zu etwas am Wochenende, machen zusammen Yoga, kochen hin und wieder gemeinsam, schauen einen Film oder gehen ins Theater. Trotzdem ist uns beiden auch genug Rückzug wichtig. Wir interessieren uns beide für Kunst und reisen gerne. Jakob ist viel in Boulderhallen und Cafés anzutreffen, surft gerne und ist oft in der Natur. Ich tanze gerne Tango, nähe und mache gerne Kombucha :) Wir suchen eine dritte Person für das nächste Jahr (oder auch kürzer), die einen ähnlichen Lebensrhythmus hat wie wir, sowie offen und rücksichtsvoll ist. Wir freuen uns schon dich kennenzulernen :)
Hello! We are Jakob and Anahita, two friends who are both in their final year of medical school and are currently completing their clinical year at different hospitals. We both work during the day, occasionally do something together on the weekend, do yoga, cook together from time to time, watch a movie or go to the theater. Nevertheless, it's also important for both of us to have enough time apart. We are both interested in art and like to travel. Jakob can often be found in bouldering gyms and cafés, likes surfing and is often out in nature. I like to dance tango, to sew and to make kombucha :) We are looking for a third person for the next year (or less time), who has a similar rhythm of life and is open and considerate. We are looking forward to getting to know you :)
