The best feature of the room is the south facing bay window which provides lots of sun and light. The room is furnished with a comfortable bed with lots of storage, a large closet and a small desk.
The apartment has 105 m2, three-bedrooms, a 45 m2 living room/kitchen, two bathroom and is right on Neubaugasse in the 7th district. The apartment is very bright and sunny and in a wonderful and historic building ("Altbau") with high ceilings. Everything, from the hardwood floors to the kitchen and bathrooms, is new.
Neubau is the trendiest district in Vienna. There are many fantastic bars and restaurants right outside, and Neubaugasse is well known across the city for its unique shops. Mariahilfer Straße, U2 Volkstheater and U3 Neubaugasse are a short walk away and the nearby bus and tram stop lets you reach the city center in a few minutes.
All of us speak English and German. Matthias is training to become a doctor, Eva is a student and is also working as a journalist, and I am a filmmaker. I am not at the apartment much currently as I have an assignment in the US but I like to stay in touch and visit Vienna as much as possible (the pandemic has made this obviously hard). We don't throw parties at the apartment but we love to cook together and invite friends every once in a while. We are looking for a considerate and nice roommate to join us.
Ideally, the room will be rented out starting August 1 or sooner but I am happy to discuss other options. You will sign a sublease agreement with me and ideally, we look for somebody who would like to stay for at least 3 months or longer.
