I let a free room in my flatshare, fully furnished, with bright and spacious 18m², facing the very quiet courtyard. Ideal if you are coming to Vienna for an internship, project etc.
Im 7. Bezirk gelegen, bieten sich Dir eine Vielzahl von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in direkter Umgebung der Wohnung an. Die nächste Bus- und Tramstationen sind nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die U2 und U6 sind auch beide schnell zu erreichen. Supermärkte sind wie von Wien gewohnt in Vielzahl und in direkter Nähe vorhanden.
Situated in the 7th district, numerous public transport options are only a few minutes from the flat. Bus and tram as well as two subway lines are in easy reach. There is a great choice of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate vicinity.
In der Wohung lebe ich, Thomas (29), ursprünglich aus Deutschland und seit 7 Jahren Wahlwiener mit lokalem Fachwissen bei weltoffenem Horizont. Bereits berufstätig (Banking) mit einem eher geregelten Tagesablauf, bin ich unkompliziert im Zusammenleben und natürlich bedacht auf genügend freizeitlichen Ausgleich. Immer gern für ein Gespräch, Getränk und Wien-Tipps zu haben - die Interessen sind gesellschaftlich, wissenschaftlich, musikalisch und kulturell vielschichtig.
Gemeinschaftlich teilen wir eine gutausgestattete Küche mit angeschlossenem kleinem Esszimmer - das Du durchaus auch zu Deinem Lern-/Les-/Denksport-Zimmer machen kannst - sowie Bad und WC. Zusätzliches Bonus-Schmuckstück ist noch ein feiner kleiner Balkon mit Morgensonne; alles sehr hell, da im 3. Stock.
You will share the flat with me, Thomas (29), originally from Germany, residing in Vienna since 7 years and of the think-local-act-global kind. Uncomplicated to live with, I am employed in a banking job and follow a more or less usual daily working routine, while taking care of a good recreational balance. Always happy to chat, have a drink or give Vienna tips & tricks - my interest are multi-facetted on society, science, music and culture.
We share a well-equipped kitchen with an attached small dining room (which you could also use as your reading/learning/etc room), a bathroom and toilet. An additional bonus-gem is a small balcony hit by morning sun; all very bright, on the third floor.
