Über den Sommer ist mein Zimmer in unserer 3er WG frei. Unsere klassische Altbau-Wohnung wurde bei unserem Einzug vor 3 Jahren neu renoviert und wir haben uns seither sehr gut darum gekümmert.
Mein/Dein Zimmer ist schon komplett eingerichtet mit einem 140x200 Bett, einem Schreibtisch mit sehr gemütlichem Schreibtischsessel, zwei schmalen Schränken, Kommode, Kleiderstange und einem Regal. In unserem Vorraum befindet sich noch ein großer Kasten den du auch gerne vollfüllen kannst.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Von Waschmaschine/Trockner, Geschirrspüler und Küchengeräte bis hin zum Staubsaugerroboter findest alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben auch Zugang zu einem Fahrradkeller.
Highlights sind der große, super cozy Couch und die ZWEI Toiletten für drei Personen (also gibts keine Wartezeiten ;-) ). Im Ergeschoß befindet sich auch noch eine Postbox, damit sparst du dir den Weg zum Paketshop.
Hi :) Over the summer my room in our 3-bedroom flat will be free. Our class old-build flat was newly renovated when we moved in 3 years ago and we have taken care of it very well since then. My/your room is already completely furnished with a 140x200 bed, a desk with a very comfortable office chair, 2 narrow wardrobes, chest of drawers, clothes rack and a shelf. You can also put some of your clothes in the large wardrobe in the hallway. The flat is fully-equipped with what you will need: from a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and kitchen appliances. You will find everything your heart desires, right up to a robot vacuum cleaner. We also have access to a basement for bicycles. Highlights are the large, bright bay windows in your new flatmates room, which is accessible to all of us for a place to chill and the TWO toilets for 3 people (so there is no waiting time ;-)). On the ground floor you can find a post-box, so you will save a trip to the parcel shop.
Eine bessere Lage ist kaum zu finden!
Die Burggasse 43-45 befindet sich an der Grenze zwischen 7., 8. und 1. Bezirk, keine 5 Minuten vom Museumsquartier entfernt. Die Umgebung ist hip und dennoch recht ruhig, nach nur ein paar Schritten in jede Richtung finden sich viele nette Lokale, Bars und Cafe's. Gleich ums Eck ist auch die beliebte Neubaugasse. Knappe 500 Meter entfernt befindet sich die Mariahilferstraße und damit das Shoppingherzen Wiens.
1 Gehminute entfernt fährt der 48a in Richtung Ring und Volkstheater, in die andere Richtung raus zum Gürtel und in den 16. Bezirk. Ebenfalls eine Gehminute benötigst du zum 13a, welcher dich zum Hauptbahnhof bringt.
Zur U2 Station Volkstheater gelangst du innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zur U6 Station Burggasse-Stadthalle brauchst du zu Fuß 15, mit dem 48a nur 5 Minuten.

A better location is hard to find! Burggasse 43-45 is the border between 7th, 8th and 1st District, only a 5-minute walk from Museum’s Quarter. The neighbourhood is hip, yet still quite quiet, and you will find pubs, bars and café’s in only a few steps in each direction. Just around the corner is the popular Neubaugasse. Only 500 metres from Mariahilferstraße – the shopping heart of Vienna. 1-minute walk away from 48a towards the Ring and Volkstheater, in the other direction is 13a, which takes you to Hauptbahnhof. The Volkstheater U2 Station is only a 5-minute walk away, the Burggasse-Stadthalle U6 Station 15-minute walk, and the 48a only 5 minutes.

Mit dir zusammen wohnen werden Jakob ("Füfü") und Flo. Die beiden studieren und sind super entspannt. Über den Sommer werden sie aber auch nicht so oft in der Wohnung sein, also wirst du sie meist für dich alleine haben. :)
You will live together with Jakob ("Füfü") and Flo. They are both at uni and are super relaxed. However over the summer they'll not be in the flat as much either, so you will mostly have it to yourself. :)

Am besten du kommst einfach mal vorbei und machst dir selbst ein Bild von unserer traumhaften Wohnung und den ebenso traumhaften Mitbewohnern. Gerne können wir eine Tour aber auch per Videocall machen.
