Our apartment is located in a beautiful old building with a large kitchen, two bathrooms, and two toilets. The apartment is spacious and even has a small balcony.

Die Wohnung ist in einer Top-Lage am Siebensternplatz und es gibt rundum unterschiedlichste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, direkt im Haus sogar einen Spar.
Die U3 und die U2 sind in unter 5 min Fußweg erreichbar. Direkt vor der Haustür fahren der 13a und die 49er Tram.
Der 7. Bezirk bietet viele Bars und Cafes ganz in der Nähe. Es ist wirklich eine der besten Wohngegenden in Wien und außerdem sehr zentral gelegen, daher ist vieles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Mariahilferstraße ist auch in unter 5 min zu erreichen. Generell ist es eine schöne und belebte Gegend.
The apartment is in a prime location on Siebensternplatz and there are various shopping opportunities all around, directly in the house even a Spar.
The U3 and U2 are within 5 minutes of walking distance. The 13a and the 49er streetcar go directly in front of the front door.
The 7th district offers many bars and cafes close by. It is really one of the best residential areas in Vienna and also very centrally located, so much is within walking distance. The Mariahilferstraße can also be reached in under 5 min. In general, it is a nice and lively area.
Wir sind Laura (25), Giuseppe (26), Kieu (27), Klara (26), Marvin (26) und Robert (29). Die Hälfte von uns studiert noch, aber alle sind berufstätig. :-)
Wir sind eine harmonische WG, die viel zusammen unternimmt. Obwohl die meisten von uns sicher vorher nicht kannten, sind wir inzwischen gute Freunde geworden und verbringen viel Zeit zusammen - wenn auch immer ungezwungen. Es wird viel gemeinsam gekocht, Spritzer/Kaffee getrunken, Ausstellungen besucht, oder fortgegangen. Trotzdem hat jeder seine eigenen Interessen, und natürlich kann man sich auf sein Zimmer zurückziehen, wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte. Falls du neu in Wien bist, wirst du durch uns aber sicher schnell Anschluss finden!

We are a harmonious flat-sharing community that does a lot together. Although most of us certainly didn't know each other before, we've become good friends and spend a lot of time together - although always informally. There is a lot of cooking, splashing/coffee drinking, visiting exhibitions, or going out together. Nevertheless, everyone has his or her own interests, and of course, one can retreat to one's room if one wants to have some peace and quiet. If you are new in Vienna, you will surely find a connection through us!
