Dein Zimmer ist nordseitig ausgerichtet und misst in etwa 11qm. Der bisherige Bewohner zieht samt seiner Einrichtung aus, das Zimmer kann aber falls gewünscht möbeliert (Bett, Schreibtich, Kasten) vermietet werden.
Zu den Zimmern, dem Flur, der Toilette und dem Bad kommt ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer (mit Küche).
Die ganze Wohnung (ausgenommen dem Bad) wurde kürzlich renoviert. Die Böden sind aus einem schönen hellen Parkett, die Wände über 3 Meter hoch und weiß gestrichen. Nachdem ich selbst gerade nicht in Wien bin, fehlen aktuelle Fotos (mittlerweile ist die Renovierung abgeschlossen, die Küchenregale gefüllt usw. Auch das Zimmer am Bild ist nicht das, das vermietet wird, gibt aber einen guten Eindruck, der Grundriss des eigentlichen Zimmers ist im Plan markiert.
Besichtigung (sowohl online als auch vor Ort) ist nach Absprache natürlich möglich.

Your room is north-facing and measures about 11 square metres. The previous occupant moves out together with his furnishings, but the room can be rented furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe) if desired.
In addition to the rooms, the hall, the toilet and the bathroom, there is a large living-dining room (with kitchen).
The whole flat (except the bathroom) has been renovated recently. The floors are a nice light parquet, the walls are over 3 metres high and painted white. As I am not in Vienna myself at the moment, there are no recent photos (in the meantime the renovation has been completed, the kitchen shelves filled etc.). Also the room in the picture is not the one being rented, but gives a good impression, the floor plan of the actual room is marked in the plan.
Viewing (both online and on site) is of course possible by arrangement.
Die Lage (Neustiftgasse Ecke Neubaugasse im 7. Bezirk) ist eigentlich ziemlich perfekt, will man einen Kritikpunkt finden, so wäre das wahrscheinlich der knapp 10-minütige Fußmarsch zur nächsten U-Bahnstation. Allerdings hat der 13A eine Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre und einen überdachten Fahrradabstellplatz im Innenhof gibt es auch.
In unmittelbarer Nähe finden sich diverse kleine Restaurants und Cafés. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und direkt ums Eck konkurrieren BIPA und DM.
Der Weg zu diversen Unis ist dank der zentralen Lage in jedem Fall moderat, am Besten überprüfst du das selbst per Google Maps.
Die Fenster der Wohnung sind sowohl im Norden als auch im Süden auf einen ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet (das ergibt sich durch eine E-förmige Anordnung der Häuser, unsere Wohnung liegt quasi im mittleren Querbalken).

The location (Neustiftgasse at the corner of Neubaugasse in the 7th district) is actually quite perfect. If you want to find a point of criticism, it would probably be the 10-minute walk to the nearest underground station. However, the 13A has a stop right outside the front door and there is also covered bicycle parking in the courtyard.
There are various small restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity. The nearest supermarket is only a few minutes away and BIPA and DM compete just around the corner.
Thanks to the central location, the distance to various universities is moderate, which you can check yourself using Google Maps.
The windows of the flat face a quiet courtyard to the north and south (this is due to the E-shaped arrangement of the houses, our flat is located in the middle crossbeam).
