Wir sind eine junge 3er WG in der Schottenfeldgasse im 07. Bezirk in Wien.
Unsere schöne Altbauwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und ist voll ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank sind vorhanden und werden gemeinsam verwendet.
Das helle, geräumige Zimmer ist getrennt begehbar, hofseitig gelegen und 35m2 groß. Die Möbel auf den Fotos werden ausgeräumt und das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vergeben.
Die Miete beträgt 600€ (inkl. Betriebskosten, Strom, Gas und Internet).

We are 3 young people sharing a flat in Schottenfeldgasse in the 07. District of Vienna.
Our beautiful Altbauwohnung is situated in the first floor of our building and comes fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer and fridge for shared use.
The bright, spacious room is sparately accessible, siuated to the inner yard and is 35 sq. m sized. The furniture in the pictures will be moved so the room will be assigned unfurnished.
The rent is 600€ (inclusive heating, gas, utility and internet)
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine ausgezeichnete Anbindung an die U-Bahn bzw. Straßenbahn und ist nur 2 Gehminuten von der Mariahilferstraße entfernt.
Des Weiteren befinden sich ein Billa und eine Trafik unmittelbar vor der Wohnung (<1 min).
zu den Öffi-Stationen in der Nähe zählen:
U3 Zieglergasse (200 m, 3 min)
U6 Westbahnhof (400 m, 6 min)
Straßenbahn Linie 5 Stollgasse (160 m, 2 min)
The flat has an excellent connection to the underground and tram system in Vienna and is only 2 minutes walkway away from the Mariahilferstraße.

Kurz zu uns:
Wir sind Batu (m), Aleza (w) und Raphael (m) und suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere schöne WG, da unsere vorherige Mitbewohnerin wegen ihrer Masterstelle nun leider umziehen muss.
Wir sind alle drei Studenten an der TU bzw. Uni Wien und leben jetzt schon 3 Jahre zusammen.
Wir freuen uns über alle freundliche, nette und offene Menschen die diese Wohnung mit uns teilen möchten.

We all are students at TU Wien resp. Uni Wien and live together since 3 years.
