Das Zimmer hat ca 9 m² und hat den Zugang über die Küche. Die Fenster gehen Richtung Osten auf die Zieglergasse, sodass die Sonne in der Früh hineinscheint. Ich, Kilian, habe bis jetzt in dem Zimmer gewohnt und ziehe jetzt in das nächstgrößere, aus dem Zuzanna auszieht. Die Möbel von meinem Zimmer würde ich mitnehmen, Zuzanna würde ihre Möbel für 70€ übergeben, das sind ein 140cm Bett, ein Bücherregal, eine Kommode und ein kleines Regale (siehe Fotos).
Auf der Loggia, die über Mathias Zimmer zugänglich ist, wenn er gerade nicht da ist oder es für ihn passt, darf geraucht werden, in der restlichen Wohnung nicht.

The room is ~9m² and is next to the kitchen. The view from the window looks out east sides to Zieglergasse, so the sun shines in the room in the morning. Kilian is moving to the room where Zuzanna is moving out and taking his furniture to that room. Zuzanna would like to leave her furniture, which is a bed, a chest of drawers and two shelves for 70€ (see the pictures).
Also the loggia that is accessible via Mathias room is the only place where smoking is allowed in the flat. We can all use it when Mathias is not home or when he is okay with people passing his room.

Wir treffen uns immer wieder mal im Gemeinschaftsraum und reden ein wenig, essen manchmal gemeinsam, schauen einen Film oder unternehmen was zu zweit (dass alle fürs gleiche Zeit und Lust haben, kommt nicht so oft vor). Besuch ist immer gern gesehen, solange nicht die anderen um ihren Schlaf gebracht werden. In der Küche hat jede(r) großteils seine/ihre eigenen Lebensmittel, Putzplan haben wir gerade keinen, aber das wird immer wieder mal geändert, je nachdem, wie gut es gerade funktioniert. Insgesamt ist das Zusammenleben recht entspannt und unkompliziert :)

Kilian - 27 - has lived here since March 2015 - is working in surveying and studies Geodesy and Geoinformation at TU - likes music, books, baking, hiking, cycling, climbing, politics...
Mathias - 27 - has lived here since April 2020 - is studying Civil Engineering and Water Management at Boku - likes hiking and climbing in the mountains, cycling, cooking and talks over a beer
We hang out in the living areas and chat, sometimes eat together or watch a film - sometimes two of us will hang out (it's not so often that we are all at home at the same time). Visitors are always welcome, as long as they don't disrupt those in the apartment who are sleeping. In the kitchen everyone has their own food (condiments and general cooking things are shared) the cleaning plan currently not used but this is able to be changed so it functions well for everyone. Overall everyone lives together in a relaxed and uncomplicated way :)

Wir suchen nach unkomplizierten Leuten, die sich vorstellen können, ab und zu was gemeinsam zu machen, idealerweise auch schon mit WG-Erfahrung.
Der Mietvertrag ist vorerst befristet bis März 2022, ich nehme aber an, dass wir danach wieder einen neuen Vertrag angeboten bekommen.

We are looking for an uncomplicated person, that can imagine doing something together every now and then, and who ideally has some WG/shared apartment experience.
Currently we only have a contract until March 2022, but I don't think it will be a problem to get it extended after that period.
