Die 110 qm Wohnung liegt im 3.ten Stock einer schönen Neubauwohnung mit Lift. Sie ist aufgeteilt in eine große Wohnküche, 2 Badezimmer mit jeweils einem WC und Dusche oder Badewanne und ein getrenntes WC.
Das freie Zimmer hat 12 qm und ist komplett möbliert mit allem was man sich vorstellt. Ein 140x200 Bett, ein Schrank, Schreibtisch + Stuhl, 2 Sitzer-Couch + Beitstelltischchen und eine Kommode.

The apartment is 110 sqm big and is located on the third floor in a nice new building block with lift. The aparment includes a big kitchen with seating area and couch, 2 bathrooms with a toilet and either shower or bathtub and a third separate toilet.
The free room is about 12 sqm big and completely furnished. 140x200 bed, a closet, a desk + chair, couch, little couchtable and a dresser.
1070 ist der ideale Bezirk für alle die zentraler in Wien leben möchten. Die Wohnung ist in der Kaiserstraße zwischen Neustiftgasse und Burggasse gelegen, dadurch sind unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten unmittelbar gegeben --> Billa, Hofer, Spar, DM, Apotheke und und und.
Auch fein sind die ganzen hippen Cafes, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Außerdem schätze ich sehr, dass man überall zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad hinkommt.

1070 is a really nice district for everyone who wants to live close to the city center. Around the flat are innumerable shopping possibilities, like Hofer, Billa, Spar, DM, a pharmacy and so on....
Closeby are a couple of hip Cafes, bars and restaurants. Also if you like walking or taking the bike, it's the perfect place for you :)
Zur Zeit leben wir zu 4t in der Wohnung, aber bald zieht noch eine 5te Person ein.
Ich (Rici) ziehe aus, und daher würdest du mit Iva, Martin, Laura und Raquel zusammenwohnen. Wir arbeiten eigentlich schon alle, bzw. studiert Martin noch neben seiner Arbeit, also schätzen wir es, wenn es unter der Woche etwas ruhiger zugeht.

Right now we are 4 people in the flat, but a 5th is moving in soon.
I (Rici) am moving out pretty soon and you would live with Iva, Martin, Laura and Raquel. All of us are working, so it would be nice if you appreciated quiet evenings during the week :)
Erzähl uns doch ein bisschen über dich. Was machst du gerne? Arbeitest oder studierst du? Wie stellst du dir das Zusammenleben in einer WG vor und hast du schon einmal in einer WG gelebt?
PS: Uns ist Sauberkeit sehr wichtig, und deshalb haben wir auch einen Putzplan etabliert. Das sollte auch so beibehalten werden :)
Das Zimmer wäre ab ca. 10.10.20 frei (spätestens 15.10.20)

PS: We really like to live in a clean flat, thats why we established a cleaning plan. And we would like you to be ok with that :)
