Wer hat Lust auf einen Zweitwohnsitz am Land?!
Ich starte eine Haus-WG am Land, wo ich ca die Hälfte der Zeit verbringe. Mein Hauptwohnsitz ist nach wie vor in Wien. Alle, die sich auch ein wenig mehr Natur im Alltag wünschen, dürfen sich angesprochen fühlen!
Das Haus hat drei Geschoße inkl. Keller, der ebenerdig in den großzügigen Garten übergeht. Dadurch kann der Keller gut als Wohnfläche genutzt werden. Auf insgesamt ca 200 m2 bietet das Haus reichlich Platz. Die zu vermietenden Zimmer sind mit ca 12 m2 nicht sehr groß, aber dafür gibt es weitere Räume, die noch kaum eingerichtet sind auf kreative Einfälle ihrer zukünftigen Nutzer:innen warten. Außerdem gibt es eine sehr große sonnendurchflutete Wohnküche inkl. Balkon, wo sich der Großteil des sozialen Miteinanders abspielt.

Who's up for a secondary residence far outside of Vienna?!
I'm looking for flatmates in a shared house on the countryside, where I spend about half the time. My main residence is still in Vienna. Anyone who would also like a little bit more nature in their everyday life is welcome!
The house has three floors including a cellar, which leads into the spacious garden. Therefore the cellar can be used as living space. The house offers plenty of space on a total of approx. 200 m2. The rooms for rent are not very large (approx. 12 m2), but there are other rooms that are not yet furnished and are waiting for creative ideas from their future occupants. There is also a very large, sun-flooded kitchen/living room with a balcony, where most of the social interaction takes place.
Das Haus befindet sich NICHT in 1070, sondern in der Oststeiermark in 8212 Pischelsdorf. Per Auto in 1.40h, per Bus in 2:30h von Wien unkompliziert zu erreichen (2x pro Tag direkt, mehrere Male pro Tag mit 1x umsteigen). Ideal für alle mit Klimaticket! Die Bushaltestelle in Pischelsdorf ist 15 Min. zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt.

The house is NOT in 1070, but in Eastern Styria in 8212 Pischelsdorf. Easy to reach by car in 1.40h, by bus in 2:30h from Vienna (2x per day directly, several times per day with 1x transfer). Ideal for everyone with a climate ticket! The bus stop in Pischelsdorf is a 15 min. walk from the house.
Ich bin 30 Jahre alt, hab an der BOKU und der WU studiert, und arbeite größtenteils remote für ein Software-Unternehmen im Mobilitätssektor. Dadurch bin ich flexibel und arbeite mal in Wien, mal in der Steiermark. Ich bin ein aktiver, naturverbundener Mensch, gehe gerne klettern und laufen, und ernähre mich hauptsächlich pflanzlich.
Ich suche nette Leute, die sich gerne einen Zweitwohnsitz teilen und auch mal was gemeinsam unternehmen möchten. Das kann Sport, Musik, Essen oder sonst was sein, ich bin mir sicher, euch fällt was ein! :)

I am 30 years old, studied at BOKU and WU, and work mostly remotely for a software company in the mobility sector. This gives me flexibility and I work sometimes in Vienna, sometimes in Styria. I am an active, nature-loving person, like to go climbing and running, and follow a mainly plant-based diet.
I am looking for nice people who would like to share a secondary residence and do things together. This can be sports, music, food or anything else, I'm sure you can think of something! :)
