The rooms are about 10m² and are furnished with a high bed, a desk, a sofa for one of them and storage furniture.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The kitchen contains all the necessary utensils for cooking as well as a dishwasher and many appliances. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
The residence also has a shared garden where you can go.

The apartment is very well located next to the Volkstheater and the Museum Quarter. It is a 2-minute walk from the metro stop on line 2 and has plenty of public transport nearby.
You can also walk to the city centre in 15min.
A supermarket is a 2-minute walk away for shopping and the Mariahilfestrasse shopping street is a 5-minute walk away.
The neighborhood is quiet
You will live with Hannah, a German student in Vienna to take her master’s degree in architecture and with Hanna a a young Austrian working the week.
Both speak German and very good English.
Both rooms are available from 1 July. The price is 400€ all inclusive. If you stay less than 6 months, the price will be 450€.
