Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus und hat sowohl eine Waschmaschine als auch eine Spülmaschine. Das WC ist getrennt begehbar und die Wohnung hat ein gemütliches und großes Wohnzimmer. Ich lebe seit etwa 3 Jahren in diesem sanierten Altbau. Ich habe kürzlich ein Fahrrad gekauft, das wir gerne mit in die Ablöse einrechnen können, falls du es übernehmen möchtest. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem 190cm Doppelbett, einem Schrank, einer Kommode und einem neuen Schreibtisch und -stuhl.
Dazu kommt der wohl liebste Mitbewohner namens Valentin, der gerne mal für einen mitkocht und sehr ordentlich ist. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, gehen aus oder schauen Netflix, aber geben uns auch Raum wenn wir Raum brauchen. Diese 75m² Wohnung liegt im siebten Bezirk direkt an der Grenze zum achten, das heißt hier sind alle coolen Cafés, Vintage Shops und Restaurants! Neben dem Blick auf die Kirche gibt es im Erdgeschoss des Hauses einen super leckeren Bäcker, direkt vor der Haustür ist ein Würstelstand für Late-Night-Snacks, eine Tramstation, ein Hofer und eine Apotheke. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a renovated old building and has both a washing machine and a dishwasher. The toilet is separately accessible and the apartment has a cozy and large living room. I have been living here for about 3 years and have absolutely loved it. I recently bought a bike, which I‘d be willing to sell as well. The room is fully furnished with a 190cm double bed, a wardrobe, a drawer and a new desk and chair.
In addition, you will be living with Valentin, the sweetest roommate, who will most likely let you eat his food and is very tidy. We like to spend time together, go out or watch Netflix, but also give each other space when we need it. This 75m² apartment is in the seventh district right on the border of the eighth, which means all the cool cafes and vintage stores are here! Besides the view of the church there is a super delicious bakery on the ground floor of the building, a sausage stand for late-night snacks right outside the front door, a streetcar station, a Hofer (cheap and good quality grocery store) and a pharmacy. Die Wohnung befindet sich im siebten Bezirk direkt an der Grenze zum achten und könnte nicht besser gelegen sein. Direkt vor der Haustür ist die 46er Tramstation, die U-Bahn Thaliastraße ist etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Außerdem ist in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Hofer, eine Apotheke und zwei Bäcker. Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es auch die Möglichkeit, sein Fahrrad anzuschließen und es gibt eine Wien Mobil Car-Sharing Station in der Nähe der Wohnung. Außerdem ist man im siebten Bezirk bestens bedient wenn es um Cafés, Restaurants oder Vintage Shops geht. Jeden Freitag findet auf dem Platz vor der Kirche ein kleiner Markt statt, wo man Eier, Milch, Fleisch, Gemüse, Käse, Wein und Blumen kaufen kann.
In der Wohnung lebt Valentin, ein super lieber und zuvorkommender Mitbewohner. Er ist sehr sauber, kocht viel und wir haben bisher viel zusammen Filme geschaut, gemeinsam gekocht oder verschiedene coffee-dates gehabt. Wenn wir unseren eigenen space brauchen, respektieren wir das auch und geben uns diesen Raum.
Das Zimmer ist nur möbiliert verfügbar und wir suchen bevorzugt nach Personen, die langfristig einziehen möchten. Für den Eintritt in den Mietvertrag sind die letzten drei Monatsgehälter von dir und deinem Garanten notwendig.
