Ich ziehe im Dezember aus und suche jemanden, der bis Ende Februar zur Zwischenmiete einziehen möchte.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß und verfügt über ein großes Fenster, das zum sehr ruhigen Innenhof rausgeht und das Zimmer mit reichlich Licht versorgt. Bezüglich der Einrichtung muss ich noch klären was alles drin bleiben wird für die Zeit. Am liebsten wäre es mir, das Zimmer unmöbliert zur vergeben - es gäbe aber auf jeden Fall auch die Möglichkeit, die Möbelstücke (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch) drinnen zu lassen - das können wir dann aber gern besprechen! :)

Since I am moving out in december, we are currently looking for somebody who would move in until the end of feburary.
My room has approx. 15 square meters and has a big window, which provides a lot of sunlight. It is located at the backyardside, so there wont be any noise from the streets. Regarding the furnishings, I still need to clarify what will remain in the room for the specified time but we can talk about this and find a solution! :)

the room is located in the nice 7th district. Theres a subway station (thaliastraße u6), a bus and a tram around the corner. To Volkstheater (U2) it takes you just 10 min.
