Mit 1. Jänner wird ein gemütliches, wunderschönes ca. 28m2 großes Zimmer in unserer 5er WG frei. Das Zimmer ist mit Fischgrätenparkett ausgelegt und hat ein großes Fenster zum Garten.
Die großen Fenster und der Erker durchfluten das Zimmer mit natürlichem Sonnenlicht. Da es sich um einfach verglaste Fenster hält, kann das Zimmer in der Winterzeit etwas kälter werden.
Die Wohnung ist knapp 160m2 groß. Es gibt ein gemeinsames Wohn- und Esszimmer mit einem Kamin, den wir im Winter öfters verwenden. Die Küche ist nicht riesig, aber es gibt genug Platz, um zusammen zu kochen und mit ein paar Leuten zu essen.
Das Bad ist recht groß, hat eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Es gibt zwei Waschbecken, was praktisch zu fünft ist. Es gibt auch zwei separate WCs.
Der Garten im Innenhof, den das ganze Haus mitbenutzen und bepflanzen kann ist ein Traum in dieser Lage!

A cozy, approximately 28m2 room in our 5-person apartment will be available starting January 1st. The room has parquet flooring and a large window and "Erker" facing the garden.
The apartment has a total area of about 160m2. There is a common living and dining room with a fireplace, which we often use in winter. The kitchen is not huge, but there is enough space to cook together, eat and socialize.
The bathroom is quite large, has a shower and a bathtub. There are two sinks, which is convenient for five people. There are also two separate WCs.
There is a sunny garden in the courtyard, which the whole house can use and plant - a dream in such a central district!
Die Apollogasse liegt direkt bei der Mariahilferstraße (U3 Zieglergasse) und sehr nahe zum Westbahnhof (U6, S-Bahn). Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, es gibt unzählige nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man kommt zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad schnell überall in Wien hin.

The Apollogasse is located directly at the Mariahilferstraße (U3 Zieglergasse) and very close to the Westbahnhof (U6, S-Bahn). The apartment is very central, there are countless nearby shopping opportunities and you can quickly get anywhere in Vienna on foot or by bike.
In der WG leben Roxane, Elaine, Arthur und Valentin
Roxane (30) ist echte Wienerin, sie arbeitet im Umweltbereich, macht gerne Yoga, liebt die Natur und geht gerne ins Kino.
Elaine (26) ist ursprünglich Münchnerin und lebt seit zwei Jahren in Wien, studiert im Master an der Uni Wien "Science, Technology, Society" und arbeitet dort auch halbzeit. Sie ist vor allem Tanz, Theater und Film interessiert und verbringt daher ihre Freizeit meist bei Festivals, im Kino oder beim Tanzen.
Arthur (30) ist ein brasilianischer Stadtplaner, der nach einigen Jahren in den Niederlanden in Wien gelandet ist. Er lernt immer noch Deutsch, kann aber schon ein paar Dinge verstehen. Er mag Kochen, Filme und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Arbeitet derzeit als Koch.
Valentin (24) aus Wien studiert, ist viel unterwegs und tanzt nur zu seiner selbst produzierten Musik. Bester Tischtennisspieler im Haus!
Im Zusammenleben pflegen wir einen offenen, wertschätzenden, respektvollen und lieben Umgang. Wir legen Wert auf ein WG-Miteinander und sind keine Zweck-WG. Wir kochen gerne zusammen und machen auch mal was außerhalb der WG. Wir studieren und/oder arbeiten.
Uns ist es wichtig, dass jeder Raum für sich hat und wir auf die Bedürfnisse aller achten und eingehen.

Roxane (30) is a real Viennese, she works in the environmental field, likes doing yoga, loves nature and going to the cinema.
Elaine (26) is originally from Munich and has been living in Vienna for two years. She is studying "Science, Technology, Society" at the University of Vienna and also works there half-time. She is mainly interested in dance, theater and film and therefore spends her free time mostly at festivals, in the cinema or dancing.
Arthur (30) is a Brazilian urban planner who landed in Vienna after a few years in the Netherlands. He is still learning German, but can already understand a few things. He likes cooking, movies and public transportation. Currently works as a cook.
Valentin (24) from Vienna studies, travels a lot and dances only to his self-produced music. Best table tennis player in the house!
In living together, we maintain an open, appreciative, respectful, and loving manner. We value shared apartment living and are not a purpose-shared apartment. We like to cook together and also do things outside of the shared apartment. We study and/or work.
It is important to us that everyone has their own space and that we pay attention to and meet the needs of all.

Der genaue Betrag der Ablöse muss noch mit dem Vormieter vereinbart werden. Diese beinhalten einige neue Möbel sowie auch einen neuen Kühlschrank & Backofen.
