Zu vermieten ist ein wunderschönes 22m2 Altbauzimmer mit Parkettboden und super schönen Kassettenfenstern. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, daher ist das Zimmer sehr hell. Obwohl die Wohnung äßerst zentral gelegen ist, ist sie außerdem sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer wird mobliert vermietet, mit einem 160x200m Bett, Schreibtisch, ausziehbares Sofa und einem großen Kleiderschrank. Zusätzlich gibt es in der Wohnung ein ebenso großes und helles Wohnzimmer, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, ein seperates WC, eine geräumige Küche und einen großen Vorraum. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und ein Geschirrspühler sowie Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 130m2 groß, also genügend Platz und super WG-geeignet, es gibt keine Durchgangszimmer.
For rent is a beautiful 22m2 room in an old building with high ceilings, it has parquet floors, as well as super nice cassette windows. The flat is situated on the 4th floor, which makes it very bright. Even though the flat is located very central it still is quite calm. The room is rented furnished, with a 160x200m bed, desk, pull-out sofa and a big wardrobe. The flat also has a very bright and big living room, a big bathroom with a tub, a separate toilet, a big hallway and a spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and there also is a dishwasher and washing machine. Altogether the flat is about 130m2, so there is more than enough space and also very suitable for a flatshare as there are no passage rooms.
Die Lage könnte zentraler nicht sein. Die Zollergasse grenzt direkt an die Mariahilferstraße, damit ist man perfekt and die Öffis (U3, 13A, 14A, 49 etc.) angebunden und es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie viele Bars in der Gegend.
The flat could not be more central. The Zollergasse is right next to Mariahilferstraße, which means it is perfectly connected to public transport (U3, 13A, 14A, 49 etc.) as well as countless shopping possibilities and many, ,many bars in the area.
Ich habe bisher in der WG mit Joelle (23) und Margarita (27) gemeinsam gelebt, mache aber jetzt ein halbes Jahr Erasmus und ziehe daher ins Ausland. Suche daher eine nette Person zur Zwischenmiete, die für diesen Zeitraum mein schönes Zimmer übernehmen möchte. Ein gemeinsames WG-Leben ist sehr wichtig, daher suchen wir eine offene und tolerante Person. Wenn du mehr über uns oder die Wohnung erfahren möchtest, dann melde dich doch bei uns :)
Until now I lived in this flatshare with Joelle (23) and Margarita (27) together, but I am moving abroad for an Erasmus semester. Therefore I am looking for a nice person, who will live in my beautiful room for a temporary accommodation.
