Dein Zimmer ist ca. 10-12 m2 klein aber fein und ist lichtdurchflutet wie die restliche Wohnung. ☀️ Es ist "nur" teilmöbliert, nach Wunsch könnte aber noch ein Bett hineingestellt werden (140 cm Bett passt jedenfalls hinein) oder eigene Möbel mitgenommen werden. Möglicherweise kann die Matratze meiner Mitbewohnerin übernommen werden. Da bin ich für alles offen und wirklich bemüht, es so gemütlich wie möglich nach maximalem Wohlfühlfaktor einzurichten! 💆🏻♀️😊
Die Wohnung ist generell aufgeteilt in Vorraum, Badezimmer, separates WC, Wohnzimmer für gemeinsame Nutzung, Küche, und 2 Zimmer. Sie ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht: Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler (großer Pluspunkt), usw.

Your room is about 10-12 m2 small but nice and is flooded with light like the rest of the apartment. ☀️ It is "only" partially furnished, because it was not previously used as a bedroom, but if desired, another bed could be put in (140 cm bed fits in any case) or bring your own furniture. Possibly the mattress of my roommate can be taken over. Since I am open to everything and really trying to make it as cozy as possible after maximum feel-good factor! 💆🏻♀️😊
The apartment is generally divided into anteroom, bathroom, separate toilet, living room for common use, kitchen, and 2 rooms. It is equipped with everything you need: Washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher (big plus), etc.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer absoluten Top-Lage in der Zollergasse direkt neben Cafe Europa, Mariahilferstraße und allen möglichen In-Lokalen und Restaurants des 7. Bezirks. ✨🍸 1-2 Gehminuten entfernt liegen die U3 U-Bahn-Station Neubaugasse, 13A und 14A Buslinien und 49er Bim-Station. Mitten im Zentrum könnte die Anbindung nicht besser sein!! Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheken und viele andere Shops befinden sich in unmittelbarere Nähe. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung zur Innenhofseite ausgerichtet ist, ist es total ruhig und man bleibt verschont von Straßenlärm usw. 🙌🏽 Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und es gibt zwar einen Lift, allerdings habe ich dafür keinen Schlüssel 🥲 So halte ich mich fit und im Notfall gibt es einen Trick, wie man den Aufzug trotzdem benutzen kann. Dazu bei Interesse mehr! 😋

The apartment is located in an absolute top location in Zollergasse directly next to Cafe Europa, Mariahilferstraße and all possible bars and restaurants of the 7th district. ✨🍸 1-2 minutes walk away are the U3 subway station Neubaugasse, 13A and 14A bus lines and 49er Bim station. In the middle of the center, the connection could not be better!!! Grocery stores, pharmacies and many other stores are located in the immediate vicinity. Because the apartment is oriented to the courtyard side, it is totally quiet and you are spared from street noise, etc.. 🙌🏽 The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is an elevator, however, I have no key for it 🥲 That's how I stay healthy and fit and in case of emergency there is a trick how to use the elevator anyway. More on that if you are interested! 😋
Zu meiner Person: Ich bin die Ines, ich bin 27 Jahre alt, bin vor ca. 6 Jahren aus Kärnten nach Wien gezogen um zu studieren und arbeite Vollzeit im Marketing. ☺️ Da ich mittlerweile im Berufsleben angekommen bin, lautet das Motto "best of both worlds" (ja genau, Hanna Montana). 😁 Ich lade gerne einmal Freund:innen ein, bin unternehmungslustig und outgoing 🤌🏽🍷. Gleichzeitig schätze ich mein "Me-time" und verbringe entspannte Abende zu Hause auf der Couch.
