In unserer ruhigen, ordentlichen WG ist ab 01.08.2023 ein möbliertes Zimmer, für 1 Person, frei (im Grundriss orange umrandet). Es handelt sich um eine 3er Zweck-WG in einer 108 qm großen, renovierten Altbauwohnung.
Das im Juli 2019 neu möblierte Zimmer (mit hoher Decke und Parkett) ist 20 qm groß. Die beiden Fenster (Westseite auf die Blindengasse) sind gut isoliert. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit: Bett, Raumteiler, Sofa mit 3 kleinen Beistelltischen, Schreibtisch mit Sessel und einem großen Kleiderschrank.
Das Badezimmer und das separate WC werden mit nur einem Mitbewohner (m. 25 J.) geteilt. Die darin befindliche Waschmaschine wird von allen drei Bewohnern genutzt.
Die geräumige, voll ausgestattete Küche nutzen alle drei Bewohner: (Sitzecke mit Tisch, Herd mit 2 Ceranfeldern, Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Haushaltsgegenstände und Geschirr).
Die 108 qm große Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Liftstock eines gepflegten Altbaus. Eine sonnige Dachterasse steht allen Hausbewohnern zur Verfügung, ebenso ein Innenhof zum abstellen von Fahrrädern.
From August 1, 2023 one furnished room will be available for 1 person in our quiet, tidy 3- person flat share (marked orange in the floor plan). The room is 20 sqm, has been furnished in 2019, and has high ceilings and parquet floors.
The two windows (west side, direction Blindengasse) are well insulated. The room is equipped with: bed, room divider, sofa with 3 small side tables, desk with armchair and a large wardrobe.
There is a bathroom and the separate toilet which is shared with only one flat mate (m. 23 y.). The washing machine is used by all three residents.
All three residents use the spacious, fully equipped kitchen: (seating area with table, stove with 2 ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, household items and dishes).
The 108 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor (elevator) of a well-kept old building. A sunny roof terrace is available to all house residents, as well as an inner courtyard to park bicycles.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Alserstrasse / Ecke Blindengasse an der Grenze zum 9. Bezirk. In wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar sind: U 6 Station Alserstrasse, Strassenbahnlinien 43, 44, 2 und 5 sowie Buslinie 13A.
In der Nähe befinden sich AKH, Volksoper, Unicampus und die Hauptuni Wien. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Restaurants, Kaffeehäuser und Lokale befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The apartment is located on the corner of Alserstrasse and Blindengasse on the border to the 9th district. Within short walking distance are U 6 station Alserstrasse, tram lines 43, 44, 2 and 5 and bus line 13A.
Nearby are AKH, Volksoper, Unicampus and the Main University Vienna. Also in the immediate vicinity are shops for everyday needs, cafes and restaurants.
Wir (m. 25 J. studierend an der Uni Wien und die Semesterferien auswärts verbringend) und (w. 63 J. auswärts arbeitend, Freizeit in Wien verbringend), nutzen die WG als Zweitwohnsitz: Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner (m/w) in einer ähnlichen Situation, z.B. Pendler oder Wochenend-Heimfahrer.
Da wir viel studieren und arbeiten, ist uns ein geregelter Tagesablauf, sowie ein respektvoller, rücksichtsvoller Umgang miteinander äußerst wichtig. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind für uns selbstverständlich.
We (m. 25 y. studying at the University Vienna and spending semester breaks abroad) and (f. 63 y. working in Germany, spending free time in Vienna) use the flat as a second home. We are looking for a new roommate (m/f) in a similar situation, e.g. commuters or people who travel home on weekends.
Since we study and work a lot, it is extremely important to us to have a regular daily routine and to treat each other with respect and consideration. We like to keep the apartment clean and tidy, and so are looking for someone similar and are looking for someone with the same attitude.
