Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Hochbett mit Matratze, Regale, Schreibtisch, Kasten) zur zu vergeben. Das Zimmer selbst ist relativ klein, durch das Hochbett gibt es aber doch genug Platz und für genügend Stauraum ist mit einigen Regalen auch gesorgt. Es liegt in einer sehr geräumigen, wunderschönen 5 Zimmer Altbauwohnung mitten im 8. Bezirk. Es ist eine 4er WG mit einem großzügigen Wohnzimmer, gemütlicher Küche, einem Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine sowie einer separaten Toilette.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, shelves, desk, and a cupboard. Although the room is quite cosy, thanks to the bunk bed there is enough space for living and storing your stuff. Also, the whole flat is very spacious with five rooms in total in a beautiful old Viennese building in the heart of the 8th district. There are four people in total sharing this flat which includes a spacious living room, a nice kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bath as well as a washing machine plus an extra toilet.
Die Lage ist super gut, im 8. Bezirk direkt neben dem 7. und nicht weit vom 16. gibt es die beste Auswahl an Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, die Hauptuni und das alte AKH und der 1. Bezirk sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Die Öffi Anbindung ist hervorragend, die Bims 2, 46 und Bus 10a sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen, die U2 und U6 in 10min.
The location is amazing, in the 8th district, right next to the 7th and the 16th, there is a great range of cafes, pubs and restaurants. It's just a short walk to the main uni, the old AKH Uni Campus and the first district. There is also an excellent public transport connection with the trams 2 and 46, the bus 10a not even a 5 minute walk away and you can get to the tube lines U2 and U6 within 10 minutes.
In der WG leben Lilli (22), Anja (28) und Valerie (22). Lilli bereitet sich auf das Medizinstudium vor und Valerie Kunstgeschichte / Philosophie. Anja arbeitet schon als Ärztin. Das WG Leben ist freundschaftlich und freilassend. Wir freuen uns auf eine Person, die gerne gemeinsam kocht/quatscht/Wein/Tee trinkt. Es gibt alle Möglichkeiten zu einem schönen Gemeinschaftsleben in der gemütlichen Küche oder dem großen Wohnzimmer, aber nichts wird erzwungen.
Lilli (22), Anja (28) and Valerie (22) share our lovely flat. Lilli is preparing for med school and Valerie history of art and philosophy. Anja is a medical practitioner. The life in our shared flat is lovely and friendly. There is always the opportunity for communal life in the comfy kitchen and the beautiful living room. We are happy to find a person who likes to cook/talk/have a cup of tea or a glass of wine together, but there is no pressure at all. Whether you prefer to be on your own or spend some time with us, we are absolutely fine with both.
Ich (Anna) habe das Zimmer bis jetzt gemietet und ziehe jetzt nach Berlin zum Masterstudium. Die Miete liegt bei 300€ und die Kaution beträgt 800€. Da das Zimmer komplett ausgebaut ist, die Matratze in gutem Zustand und die Waschmaschine gerade erst ersetzt ist, kommt eine Ablöse von 250€ dazu.

I (Anna)have lived in the room so far but I am going to move to Berlin for my master's. The rent is 300€ and there is a deposit of 800€. The room is fully furnished, the mattress in a good state and the washing machine was just replaced by a new one, so there is a one time fee of 250€ for the furniture.
