Du suchst nach einem ruhigen Zimmer in Wien? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Wir haben ein freies Zimmer in unserer charmanten Altbauwohnung, die wir als WG teilen. Das Zimmer ist circa 13 Quadratmeter groß, mit hohen Decken und Fenster Innenhof-seitig mit Licht von morgens bis nachmittags. Es eignet sich hervorragend für einen minimalistischen Lebensstil und ist perfekt für die, die die Josefstadt und unsere zentrale Umgebung lieben. Das Zimmer ist an die Küche angebunden, in der wir uns gelegentlich treffen und kochen. Heiz- und Nebenkosten sind im Preis mit inbegriffen. Wir sind derzeit zwei Personen, die Magda und ich (Paul), die diese Wohnung teilen, und wir suchen nach unserem dritten Mitbewohner*in. Schreib uns gern und komm vorbei, wir freuen uns auf Dich!

Are you looking for a bright and quiet room in Vienna? We have an extra room to spare in our charming old apartment in Josefstadt, which we use as a shared flat. The room is approximately 13 square meters, with high ceilings and large windows facing the courtyard, providing (relatively plenty :D) of natural light from morning until afternoon. The room is ideal for a minimalist lifestyle and perfect for those who love the central location of the Josefstadt. It is connected to the kitchen where we occasionally meet and cook. Heating and utilities are included in the price (Warmmiete).
We are two students studying nutrition science and business administration, leading a quiet lifestyle while working part-time. We are looking for our third roommate, so if you are interested, please feel free to contact us.
The location is convenient, with a Hofer and a Billa in close proximity, along with various great bakeries, cafes, and bars in the surrounding areas of the 8th, 7th, and 6th districts. We live on the threshold of the 7th district and within easy walking distance to public transportation connections, including the 46er (Schottenfeldgasse), 5er (Lerchenfelder Straße), U6 (Thaliastraße), and all connections at Albertgasse.

Weiteres zur Lage: Seit kurzem hat ein Hofer quasi direkt unterm Haus eröffnet (1 Min Gehweg), ein Billa ist in ähnlich naher Reichweite (2 Min) und diverse tolle Bäckereien und Cafés und Bars gibt es auch in der Umgebung rauf in den 8. als auch runter in den 7. und 6. Wir wohnen genau auf der Schwelle zum 7. Bezirk (andere Straßenseite!). Ein Denn's und Spar sowie DM sind in mittlerer Reichweite gut bei einer dedicated Shoppingtour in den 7. Bezirk erreichbar.
Anschlüsse: 46er (Schottenfeldgasse), 5er (Lerchenfelder Straße), U6 (Thaliastraße) und ferner, hoch in den 8. hinein 3 Gehminuten entfernt alle Anschlüsse bei der Albertgasse.
Zu uns: Wir studieren Ernährungswissenschaften und Betriebswirtschaft, arbeiten derzeit beide nebenbei und führen entsprechend einen recht ruhigen Lebensstil.
