in unserer 3er-WG wird Mitte Oktober ein Zimmer frei. Es ist ca. 9 m² groß, hat schönen Parkettboden und ist zentral begehbar. Das Fenster geht in den Innenhof und somit ist es sehr ruhig. Ferner besitzt die Wohnung eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Theke, ein Badezimmer mit Wanne und Waschmaschine sowie eine Toilette und ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch. Ein Highlight unserer Wohnung ist die recht große Terasse im Innenhof mit Blick auf einen schönen, großen Baum. Einen Fahrradkeller gibt es im Haus ebenfalls.

Hello there,
a room in our 3 Person shared flat will be available from the middle of October on. It has 9m², nice parquet floor and accecible from a common area. The window faces the inner yard, thus it´s really quiet. The kitchen has a cozy bar counter, there is a Bathtub-Shower combination, a seperate toilet und a couch in the living room/entrance area. A big highlight of the flat is the large terrace in the inner yard with a view on an old tree. A bike room is available in the building too.
Die WG befindet sich in der Blindengasse im 8. Bezirk in der Nähe der Josefstädter Straße. Die Öffis U6, 2, 5, 33 und 44 sind alle in unter 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Zum Alten AKH sind es ca. 15 min und zum Hauptgebäude etwa 20 min zu Fuß.
An Supermärkten ist alles was das Herz begehrt in maximal 10 min Fußweg zu erreichen (Hofer, Lidl, Billa, Spar, Bipa, DM, Penny, Denns Biomarkt...). Wer lieber auf Märkte geht hat es zum Brunnenmarkt auch nicht weit.
Im großen und ganzen ist die Lage also ziemlich perfekt!

The flat is located in the 8th district close to the tube station Josefstädter Straße. Many other public transports (U6, 2, 5, 33, 44) are within 5 minutes walking distance.
Furthermore there is a big variety of supermarkets within a maximum of 10 minutes by foot (Hofer, Lidl, Billa, Spar, Bipa, DM...) and a farmers market is nearby as well.
So in total pretty perfect!
Aktuell leben hier Matthias, der Geschichte im Bachelor studiert und Alexandra, die sowohl Sprachwissenschaft als auch Geographie im Bachelor studiert.
Da Alexandra auch erst seit Juni hier wohnt gibt es noch viel Möglichkeiten das WG-Leben zusammen zu gestalten. Es ist keine Zweck-WG. Generell sind beide Fans vom gemeinsamen Kochen, kulturellen Heißgetränken und dem ein oder anderen (oder vielen) alkoholischen Getränken. Wir laden auch gern Freunde ein und haben eine gute Basis an Brettspielen für Spieleabende.
Gesucht wird also jemand, der*die auch gerne mal etwas zusammen unternehmen wollen würde, trotzdem wird auch der Freiraum von jedem*jeder respektiert.
Sauberkeit ist auch wichtig.

The current tenants are Matthias, who studies History, and Alexandra, a stundent of Linguistic and Geography.
Alexandra just moved in in June, so there is still room to shape our living environment. We are looking for someone to spent time with as well. We like to cook together, share some drinks and enjoy playing (board) games with friends. Both of us play instruments. Everyone has also his*her free space (we all need that from time to time).
Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert übergeben, allerdings sind es andere Möbel als auf den Bildern! Es bleiben ein 90x200cm Bett, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch (das ist doch der, von den Bildern) im Zimmer, für die eine kleine Ablöse von 60€ verlangt wird.

The room is partially furnished (Bed 90x200cm, Wardrobe and Desk, other ones than on the picture!) for a small fee of 60€.
